Food was great. Service was atrocious. Our server Carolena was nice. But she could’ve cared less about our table. Did not receive one of the appetizers I ordered at all. No refills the entire time we were here. Despite us being 5 guests (2 adults, 3 children) of maybe 10-15 total other patrons. Overall the experience was mediocre at best.

I got the “large” bowl of the chicken basil soup… It tasted great… But had less than half a cup in it. Honestly… I’ve had a cup of soup with more at other restaurants. The main meal, the honey chicken Mac and cheese… The chicken was great… But there was more milk than cheese… Very runny and not much flavor.

I went inside to order take out. The staff although not rude were not friendly either. I ordered a steak well done and when I got back to the hotel to eat the steak was almost inedible. It was cooked that the one side was black. They burnt it so bad it was actually turning into dust when you touch it.

The food was terrible, the pasta was overcooked, when I asked to order a different meal the manager said I could only order a pasta dish…this is after she told me the cook told her the pasta was made in the morning and probably wasn’t good. The manager was rude, nasty and sat in a corner booth talking & laughing with friends…I was polite and uncomfortable the entire exchange. My recommendation to your company is to hire professionals, have some quality control, hire people that care about your business.

Pretty sure they’re just making us wait on purpose. And not for the first time either. Fully staffed, not busy, manager walking around, nobody took our order for 10 minutes.
Additional information: we’ve been coming here for years and usually spend around $40 a visit. Seen the place go through maybe 4 or 5 managers. The service has been great under some, but during several periods it was so bad we said we’d never go there again. We gave them one more chance this year, but this is now the second or third manager who really doesn’t care if everyone gets any service at all. I’ve been too patient too many times.

First visit here, been welcomed and served very friendly and well. The food was above fast food standards, that was a pleasant surprise. Prices are reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again.
