My experience here was absolutely horrible.
I was seated and it was nearly 20 minutes before I was ever greeted by a server. The waitress I had was sweet and overwhelmed. Once I placed my order it was another 45 minutes before we received our food which was hard and inedible and even the dips had a hard film over them .. they’d clearly been under the heat lamp.
On top of that the manager was going off on her serving and kitchen staff all night.. it was Applebees you don’t expect a 5 star experience. But this location was horrible.. go somewhere else.

I had an amazing dining experience thanks to Chasity, Carla, and Danterrius. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and positive energy truly elevated the entire experience.
Chasity was warm and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. Carla brought such a great vibe—knowledgeable, friendly, and always checking in at just the right moments. Danterrius was equally impressive, providing efficient service with a great attitude and making sure everything flowed smoothly.
Together, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience memorable. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and they truly represent the best of hospitality. I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend requesting any of them if you visit!

If I could give -5 stars I would.
We placed a order for pickup and when we received our order 3/4 of it was missing. The lady that was doing Togo orders did not read what we had on the recipt when bagging our order. We had other items we didn’t even order as well. Then when the manager asked her if she apologized when we finally got all of our missing items she instantly gave a rude look then apologized. We also had to keep reading off what we were missing. Worst experience I’ve had here. Don’t waist your time and if you do double check your food before you leave.

I hate to retract my previous 5 star review, but we returned 4 months later and we left before we Ever ordered. The place was pretty empty at 5 pm on a Friday, Hostess was friendly , seated us quickly, then we sat , and waited , and waited.. after 15 minutes, we finally just walked back out of the restaurant without ever interacting with another employee. Hostess was also nowhere to be seen as we walked back out. A completely different experience on this visit.

My visit to Applebee’s was fantastic thanks to our server, Rebecca. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude that really made the meal more enjoyable.
Rebecca checked on us often without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and made great menu suggestions that hit the spot. Even when the restaurant got busy, she stayed calm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell she loves what she does.
It’s rare to come across service that stands out this much. Rebecca turned an ordinary dinner into a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Stopped by for take out and grabbed an order of cinnamon buns with icing. See photos below , I’ve had these many times in various states and never got anything like this! For some reason they were deep fired and then dipped in cinnamon and was given what looked to be a used container of icing. ( deep fired to death , hard as a rock ) Bad thing I was at this location a few years back and thought then I would never return. This is the worst Applebees ever , DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY at this location. Go to grocery store in shopping center and buy milk and cereal , it’s a safer bet!This food was trash and a waste of money .

Rebecca has such a warm, genuine energy — you can tell she truly enjoys taking care of her customers. The food was great, but her service made the whole experience even better. She turned a regular meal into a night we’ll definitely remember.

I had a fantastic experience at the Applebee’s in Horn Lake, MS! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Our server made sure everything was perfect, and you could tell the team really takes pride in what they do. A special shoutout to the manager, Sheryl—she was absolutely amazing, checking in to make sure our visit was top-notch without being intrusive. It’s rare to see that level of care and professionalism from management, and it really made our experience memorable.
