We sat at the bar for this visit and happy that we did! Chris, the bartender was prompt, friendly and made our meal experience better than we have ever had at this location! He had knowledge of the menu and the new bourbon street pasta, recommended desserts and kept our drinks filled. 10/10 loved our dining experience! There were a lot of younger girls standing around chatting and I never seen him once stop running around over the hour that we were there. He never rushed us, engaged in conversation while all of this was going on and never left us feeling forgotten. Thanks chris! For the great anniversary experience!!!

We’ve been here 3 times. The first time, the wait was really long, so we ended up going across to Red Lobster instead. The second time we gave it a shot, and the food didn’t disappoint. I really liked the pork ribs, and my daughter Margaux enjoyed the fish. It probably just depends on what time you go; the food is good, but sometimes the wait can be a bit too much.

We come in last night for valentines and our waiter Sunshine T was amazing! We had an incident with my sister choking on food and he was calm and handled it well. We watched a table that arrived after us we ordered bf them and they got their food and left bf we even got our food. The waitress did well up until then she looked surprised that we didn’t have our food and we said yep we are still waiting. We asked if they missed placed our ticket ” oh no we would never do that” and continued to say it bc we ordered a trio dish. Oh really! the tabled that left and came after us ordered the same thing. So she bold faced lied to us. (I’m sure that is what they have been instructed to say.) And get this the manager said the same thing ( my group looked at each other and thought do we look stupid or something) and then offered a dessert for the inconvenience. The food diffently wasn’t worth the wait.

The wait time was horrible. Waited and hour for a grilled chicken salad. Waited 30 to 45 mins on spinach dip and chips . Not even worth the aggravation. The food wasn’t good. Had 1 bite and was ready to leave .

It was busy. We were the first two of a party of six and waited about 15 minutes before being seated. It took about 50 minutes to get food after ordering. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food portions were smaller than I remember but tasty. Now I remember that I thought the chain was not the best value for someone who is on a limited income. I might go back sometime when it wasn’t so busy.

We stopped coming here years ago. We decided to try again. Well quickly reminded why we stopped. First off I had to wait on the two at the host stand to stop talking and playing on their phones before they acknowledged me.We went last night we waited understanding we have 8 people in our group. We waited and watched as tables emptied and still no movement. A glass picture frame fell from the wall almost hitting a child broken glass in the floor one guy looked and went and told the manager I’m assuming then finally five ish minutes later I guess decided it needed to be cleaned up. The hostess was getting a table ready and I’m assuming the manager asked what she was doing and she said no don’t sit them they will just have to wait we had already been waiting for 40 mins after being told 20 mins originally . I saw and heard this whole conversation. Our group stood up and walked out right then .

Me and my family went tonight and had the best time tonight and we had the besttttt time everrr! Our waiter Heidi was the best and so was the manager Amber❤️❤️❤️ they were so sweet and she recommended the triple chocolate meltdown and is was scrumdiddlyumptios. 10 out of 10 I do recommend!!!!
