first sign we should’ve have gone is was no one in the parking lot besides us..
dark and kinda scary looking , waiter was nice though .
we got our appetizer and as we unwrapped our utensils the picture below was my fork..i never used it.
and when we wanted to leave for the hygiene uses a cockroach ran by our table.

We decided to give it a try since it’s close by.
On a Friday night, no wait and not that busy. We had an excellent server Jackie, and she was attentive and on top of everything.
Pretzel appetizer and fried pickles were good. Burgers were just ok. I ordered the OM Cheeseburger and nothing like what was advertised, very little cheese on the skillet and the burger was to for my liking.
BUT on a Friday night to be seated with no wait, and having a good waitress was worth the visit.
Will we go back? If we can’t decide anywhere else and knowing we can get in and out. It will still only be more than likely a once a year type visit.

Issue is the drink as in picture the BIG cup was way watered down. Then asked for a new drink but not with ice. Then 11 minutes later the waitress come with this small drink. Now obviously the first one was filled with ice not much alcohol. I been a bartender so this is not shocking but to then put it in a smaller drink goes to show that the size of cup no difference like fast food sm-med-large. I will not return . I will not work 2 hours to pay for this cause this is my work two hours to eat this food. No way. Will not. Also I was asking for the brown bag Worcestershire sauce. Nope they did not have it. Also if it’s not crowed in restaurant then I should be able to choose where I like to sit. I am well aware of assign table for the waiter or waitress but I’m paying for service I should be able to choose where I want too. Never again. Do not recommend. We wanted to go to go Texas Roadhouse but it was closed & does not open till 3pm. Save your money don’t go.

I have had good & not so good experiences. However Lacey, the Kitchen Manager has been “The Absolute Best” in her attempts to resolve issues of concern. The close proximity drew me there, but her service ethics and genuine concern to be the change, is what has made me continue to return. She’s good cook too

Nice dinner tonight. I had the full rack of ribs and my wife ordered the combo appetizer plate. Generous portions on each and the honey bbq sauce was delicious on the ribs and boneless wings. Service was a little slow but very friendly. Noticed that when the first manager left the shift, many people took an immediate break leaving customers to wait. Restaurant temperature was set to “cold”. Take a sweater or coat.

My server Greg was outstanding during the evening rush. He made sure my drink was full, my food was served hot and quickly, and he was by far one of the best servers I’ve had at this location.
The food was delicious. Each course was prepared with care and in good timing. Great value for the salad, appetizer, and entree at $11.99!

The Applebee’s on North Parkway in Huntsville, Alabama is convenient, on my way home from work and not far from my house. I stopped in after work tonight on 2/10/26 sat at the bar. I ordered a Mr. Pibb and looked at the menu. I decided on the the tex mex shrimp bowl.
Then, just a couple minutes later, I look to my left, and there was a cockroach crawling up the bar and towards me. I looked for the bartender but she was elsewhere. Then a manager was walking by so I flagged him down, pointed to the cockroach and said I’m canceling my order. Then the bartender, Junie, was walking up, so I looked at her said I’m canceling my order and pointed to the cockroach. I got up and left immediately.

I went there to get a steak with my wife it’s the first time we went out on a date since we moved to Alabama. Are waitresses very nice and tried to be accommodating but with the rest of the staff it was not a pleasant dining experience. When we were first seated we asked for drinks my wife ordered a blue Hawaiian and I just got a sweet tea. My sweet tea came out right away but my wife’s drink I took about 40 minutes and it looked like the bartender was just making one drink at a time. It took about another 30 minutes before our food came out and was not good. I ordered the bourbon steak and my wife ordered the quesadilla salad. My steak looked like cooked liver with a pale color. I started cutting it opened it looks like it was cooked past well done was really tough and didn’t even look at it all edible. We were so disappointed because we always went to Applebee’s in San Diego and it was always good all of the time.

The service was very slow and we continually had to ask for refills. They were out of broccoli (not a big deal) so ordered fries instead but never received them. Ordered spinach artichoke dip that was really good but we’re given a way smaller amount of chips than we normally get with the appetizer and most of the chips we did receive were crumbled into tiny pieces. We asked for more chips and never received those either.
