I love ❤️ this spot. The food is good, atmosphere is great. On a busy night you still get seated quickly. If you’re into adult beverages this is a must. I don’t drink alcohol. My friends love ❤️ it. The drink specialties and selection are awesome they tell me. GREAT PLACE TO CATCH A BALL GAME.

We just relocated to the area and decided to try this Applebee’s for the first time. From the moment we walked in until the second we left, the service was absolutely top-notch.
A huge special shout-out to our server, Tony! He was beyond phenomenal—his customer service was excellent, and he was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and kept our drinks refilled. The food was exceptional as well. We’ve definitely found our new local spot and will be back soon!

Our server Queen was an absolute star! She was so attentive, kind, and took our orders with ease. My friend ordered the bourbon street mushroom swiss burger w/fries and the loaded mac n cheese, and for my meal I ordered The Combo appetizer. All of our food was cooked to perfection and we CANNOT wait to come and see our favorite server again! ☺️☺️

Staff and other customers are great and nice. It the food pricing and quality that isn’t up to standard. The up charges for sides that only involve throwing some cheese on and microwaving is wild. +2.99 for some shredded cheese melted on top of broccoli and definitely not a cheese sauce. I could get a nearly a gallon of gas for the 1/8 a cup of shredded cheese they threw on it. Not making that mistake again.

This is definitely a neighborhood bar and grill. The service and hospitality was superb. The food was good. The atmosphere was great. I went 3 days in a row. Each day was just as good or better than the day before. I made friends with a lot of the employees as well as some of the patrons that come back daily to enjoy.

One star is one too many. Went in on a Tuesday night about 8 pm, the bar was full, the dining room had maybe 4 tables. We were seated at a high top in the bar area and given menus by the hostess. Sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone, we asked the host for a server, he left and never saw him again. We finally left and said something to the hostess who acted surprised that we were leaving, even though she could see us. Very poor attention to your customers

Wow! What an amazing experience, my family came in late to grab a bite to eat after a sports event. We were greeted with smiles and a sense of excitement. The restaurant was busy as they did not anticipate the crowd they were still eager and willing to give us the attention to detail and smiles we needed. This was by far one of the worst, I have had to endure. We had a party of 8. The appetizers were not timely, the salads had a lot of brown lettuce, the fries were cold, my riblets were cold, hamburgers were not cooked properly. The evening manager. Sandra Brown was rude and actually didn’t seem to care. Off going manager Melissa, tried rectifying everything before she left, but didn’t. Server, Melissa Fields, was good, a little behind, but very cordial and apologetic. It’ll be a long time before I go there again. When we complained to Sanda, she didn’t seem to care.

My friend picked due to fact after 9 and location closed at 12. Even though Alabama and Georgia game was playing no wait to be seated. I’m assuming gentleman who took my drink order while I wanted for my friend was the manager. For drink, my friend got strawberry lemonade which first cup they said was very good so I decided to try. When they got second drink and i got first it wasnt good so I got a shirley temple. Shortly after the waiter came to get order, but we weren’t ready. Once we ordered my friend got steak with mash and broccoli along with queso and chips. I got wonton tacos with spinach dip. I also ordered blondie which seemed a little dry this time which is reason I gave 4 for food. Even though big game was on our waiter was still very attentive.

After service dining is a family activity, and today’s location happened to be Applebees. I ordered blackened salmon and garlic mashed potatoes with sweet tea. The potatoes were the star of the plate, seasoned just right. The salmon was just okay, and it lacked flavor. On a positive note, our server, Chase, was awesome! He made our dining experience all good!
