Absolute bs. Did car side to go at 6:30 no one ever came out. Why even offer the car side option? Secondly this is the second time in a 30 day period they have messed up my order. I was excited to use the gift card they gave me from the last mistake to redeem themselves. Ordered a house salad, didn’t get it, instead got fish and chips?? My father ordered boneless bbq wings with fries and got no fries and hot buffalo wings…. He also ordered mozz sticks and we didn’t get them either. We also got a random burger! Like what the hell. Why order what you want when you’re gonna get random items? I also tipped and the service is somehow worse. I get accidents happen but the receipt on the bag shows every single thing we ordered so you’re not paying attention clearly.

We had a great time at Applebee’s. The food was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. That said, it would really help to have more servers on hand, we noticed a couple of families leave because the wait was too long.

I absolutely love Applebee’s. I decided to sit at the bar since it was only me and it was a good choice. My bartender was Kendra and let me tell you she made a very bad day turn around quick. She was quick to greet me and get me started and treated me as is I was VIP my drinknwas amazing just like I needed for the day I had and my appetizer was quickly out hot fresh and tasty the chicken wonton tacos are the best I absolutely love them. Thanks to my great service and bartender Kendra I will be returning to sit at the bar when she works. Thanks for having kendra on your team because I will now frequent this location when she works.

Applebee’s has been around for years and I always have been a fan, I travel for work and stopped in Ocala and sat at the bar. My bartender Kendra was a true pleasure. After a long stressful drive I got a hotel and enjoyed my dinner and a long island that was top tier. Her personality turned a long day into a great evening and the selection of TVs was great! I love the look inside this location and the bartender is definitely recommended if your ever in town go check it out! 10 out of 10 service for sure.

I sat at the bar Kendra was my bartender she recommended bourbon street chicken and it was a win. A nice cold one to wash it down as the bottled beer was so refreshing and cold! Great personality and very clean bar. I will be back to sit with her again. Applebees has really turned around.

We went to Applebee’s to celebrate my husband’s birthday, full of hope and excitement, only to discover that apparently, birthdays are optional at this location. From the moment our food arrived, we were treated like ghosts wandering through a restaurant — completely ignored while another table was lavished with attention. Why? Perhaps it was their skin color, perhaps it was the Patrón they ordered — who knows. Clearly, some people’s special occasions are worth celebrating more than others.
Meanwhile, we sat there, watching our server breeze past us as if we were invisible, desperately trying to get any acknowledgment. I eventually received my green beans… after I was basically done with my meal. My mashed potatoes were barely a scoop, a sad mound that looked like it had given up on life, and my husband’s OMG Cheeseburger could only generously be described as a “culinary crime scene.” The presentation was a disaster, the food was uninspired, and the whole experience felt like we had stumbled onto a secret test of patience titled “How Quickly Can You Ruin a Birthday?”
Yet, in the spirit of kindness (or maybe sheer masochism), we still left a tip. Because apparently, Applebee’s believes that generosity should be punished. If you want to celebrate something here, the rules are clear: order Patrón, have the right look, and pray invisibility isn’t your natural state — otherwise, you’ll get a full course of disappointment, ignored service, and subpar food, all served with a side of embarrassment. Honestly, it was so bad it was almost impressive — in a “wow, you really managed to ruin this evening” kind of way.
Applebee’s, if you’re reading this: please, for the sake of all future birthdays, get your service together. And maybe consider that ignoring paying customers isn’t actually a feature, no matter how trendy you think it is.

Ok people normally service is slow and food is ok, but today the hostess Cadence was our waitress! Let me tell you it was perfection!!! She took our order without writing it down and repeated it back perfect! She was fast with bringing our food and gave refills without us having to ask. I loved her accent! She was super nice and easy to talk to! Absolute best service I’ve ever had!!! Also kept everything clean for us!!! If you get a chance recommend her for service!!! Great night!

Restaurant was only half full at 7:15pm last night February 19th sat in the bar at a high top table there was 2 of us. After I received the cocktail i ordered the bartender never came back. My fiance ordered a ice tea she never brought it. We waited 45 minutes for an appetizer to come out that was cold. The bartender never checked on us or brought us plates for our appetizer or asked if we wanted anything in this amount of time but walked past us several times never looking our direction. Mind you she never came back to take our food order either or offer another drink. Now we have been there over an hour she decided to stop by and say what else do you want? Her attitude depicted she didn’t want to be there she was not very friendly. At that point I asked for the check didn’t even want to put a dinner order in. What to sit another hour for some cold food to come out with just water to drink. She didn’t seem to care or ask us anything. She just laid the check down and walked away. I wrote on the receipt server never came back terrible service. We won’t be going back to this Applebee’s after that experience. Where was the manager during this whole time? There was no one walking the floor, helping or checking on customers.
