This is the worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. The carbide pickup is a joke there’s 4 spot all in which regular eat in customers were parked so I had to walk in and stood there a good 15 mins before anyone finally said have you been helped. Order seemed to be all there until I got home fries were missing from the kids meal and the drink was unsweetened tea when it was supposed to be sweet and my husband and I both got the 4 cheese mac n cheese with honeypepper chicken tenders . Chicken and the pasta were so dry we couldn’t eat it.there was no cheese in the 4 cheese mac n cheese and no honey pepper sauce. Only thing that was good was the 2 appetizers we ordered.

Things didn’t start out so great, as there was no one to greet us when we got there, When she finally did come out of hiding, it was only with an attitude. I can only assume it was because she was being forced to do her job. Everything got much better after that. Our server, Kristen, was awesome. She was super helpful and seemed eager to make our evening great. Our food was brought out quickly, and we never had to search for help to get drink refills or anything else that we needed. We were all very happy with our meals. The only complaint that any of us had was that our food was getting cold too quickly as the thermostat in the restaurant was set to arctic. All in all, it was a good night. I’m not trying to get anybody in trouble, but I hope somebody sits down with the hostess and has a word with her. I consider greeters to be the face of the restaurant, so I expect a friendly and upbeat welcome to your establishment that makes me want to stay.

Gavin is the best waiter I’ve ever had here. Myself and co-workers go after our shift from the hospital, and if we can’t get him, we won’t stay. The food is horrible. They can do better and stop rushing food, I used to love coming to Applebee’s because of the food, BUT now these days, service sucks, every since covid EVERYTHING in the restaurant industry has gone down Tremendously!… Please please be better

We ordered the all you can eat wings and fries. I knew I couldn’t eat more than a few, so I thought I’d give a few to my husband. The waitress told us no sharing, and she kept checking to see if we were. It was like the food police and it made me uncomfortable.

So many complaints!!! Ac wasnt working well we were sitting sweating inside. Took 2 hours to serve 7 people 1 chips and dip, 1 salad and 5 meals (2 were the daily special which should be coming out fast!) Our server had 5 other tables besides us, running around crazy. Saw her about every 15 minutes. Had to ask for refills and plates to be cleared. Didn’t get multiple things we asked for. Worst service, at least the food was good. Some of the wings were too hard to eat

Great place to eat. Foods good and served quick chill atmosphere. The cooks during lunch are amazing food comes out in under 10 minutes. Corey and Nate are the best cooks they have. Corey especially he cooks amazing steaks that you can get for 10$ on Wednesday with 2 sides. What a deal. Those cooks definitely deserve some recognition thanks fellas.

Apple bees was once a great chain restaurant. Always had the local home town feel with decent food at an affordable price. This applebees like many others have gone way down hill since the peak. Service was horrible had to remind waitress each time for drinks, getting food, the bill etc. I wouldn’t suggest going here but save your money buy groceries and make it at home.

Im surprised that this place is even open, was told we couldn’t be served because there was only 2 waiters and 1 was leaving. So 1 waiter for the whole restaurant till 2am and it was around 9ish that our group of 17 got there. Talked to a manager which i highly doubt it was a manager, named Zac Grub with tattoos on his arms. He told us he could split us up which we where fine with if the server would have said that from the beginning. I let him know that was not what we were told by her and asked for corporates number he replied is outside which it wasn’t and I let him know we would be posting a review and contacting corporate. Needless to say wouldn’t step foot in this place ever again and will not recommend to anyone.
