Togo service didn’t feel inviting, especially after tipping 22% on a Togo service. I had to wait for employees to finish a whole conversation that did not sound work related at all after already making eye contact with me and acknowledging I was waiting. Food quality was terrible. I choked on a piece of my chicken because it was overloaded with pepper. It’s like they dumped half the shaker onto my chicken parm. It wasn’t edible so I threw it away. Food quality and customer service needs improvement.

Our waitress Jade was amazing, ask for her. She was patient and attentive. We received our food from the kitchen and before I could even notice the missing item, she swung by and immediately went and grabbed it. Excellent service as per usual at Applebees. Will be back!

I tried their new grilled cheese burger and I ate half of it with that spicy dipping sauce and I threw in all up 15 min later. Sucks because it was my birthday dinner meal.

Jeff was great! I have never in the past year and a half as a server myself had another waiter treat me so well. On point! Food out fast and easy. Drinks asap! This man knows what he is doing. And when I told him I needed a minute he waited and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying. Condiments when needed came in 30 seconds. Server to server you are great man!

We had not been here for several years and wanted to check it out again. It was a Monday in the early afternoon so it was not packed. Our server, Shawna, greeted us and got a table with a nice bar view. We were craving the classic French onion soup and we happy to know it was available. The soup was great just as expected. We also took advantage of the daily deals menu and tried the Cheeseburgers and fries which came out very quickly and were cooked just as requested. Burgers were great so glad to say the food quality is still as good as ever. Nice place with a good draft beer selection, Great service and very good food.

Our waitress gave us the wrong soft drink to start. She also never took the menus off our table. My Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp didn’t taste the greatest. It lacked flavor and it tasted like it had been microwaved. The boneless garlic parm wings had almost zero sauce on them. Our dessert was probably the best part. Overall the experience was pretty mid.

On my opinion is definitely a fast food service restaurant and I was pretty happy with that burger overall. The service was pretty good, and decent time. The price was definitely fair. I can’t talk for everybody but if you’re looking for a nice meal whit a decent price for famili or friends. This place I will say is a good place to go.
