This place has potential to gather a crowd due its central location and plethora of parking spaces! Sadly, due to poor management, lackluster food selection and mediocre service and culture, the place misses the mark to being a staple eatery in this city.
Even Gordan Ramsey couldn’t fix this nightmare!
I attended this location this past Saturday around 10pm! The place was a ghost town! Just envision the tumbleweeds and western’s film where the local bar has 3 customers and it’s crickets and echos when you walk in.
A glimmer of hope came from an employee washing windows at the end of her shift! She was delightful as she complimented my outfit. She set a positive tone as I walked through towards the bar!
The service at the bar came from CRUELLA DEVILE aka Moesha ! Her tone and service was so poor, I had to write a review! I requested a lemon drop/blueberry! This was a simple recipe and had sugar on the rim. She responded “ this isn’t on sale…this isn’t half off “ . I was confused as I never asked her what the price was! I requested it and stated it looked delicious. She continues “oh just saying cause some people think it’s on sale or happy hour and it’s not. It’s $11”
Once again, I’m confused at who asked her a price! Either she was low-key being shady or just a jealous miserable bar tender looking for a problem. I smiled advised that I think I could afford $11 . She smirked and walked off to make the drink! Squinting with confusion as she prepared the drink, peering at the ingredients,I noticed she didn’t put sugar on the rim. She was too busy talking and squinting as if she needed glasses. I overlooked that but proceeded to watch her stop, pull her phone out her back pocket, scroll her grubby fingers up and down her phone while laughing with a coworker. She then took those same nasty fingers, reached in the lemon tray, grab a slice and squeeze the tainted juices inside my drink. She brings me the drink without ice, sugar and a splash of grubby finger cellphone lemon juice! I was appalled! I removed the lemon off the cup!
She then picks up the drink advertisement, squints and notices she forgot the sugar. She asked if I want a cup with sugar on the side. I replied no thanks! She smirks again and walks off! I think she has some cognitive issues at this point!
After taking a sip of the toxic drink, it was as horrible as her service and tone! It literally tastes like lukewarm syrup juice.
I politely tell her that I didn’t want it and left the establishment.
I overlooked a lot of her poor choices but after the drink didn’t come out right, I decided it was best to remove myself from this place! As if the grubby hand juice wasn’t enough!
Poor Applebees . I wouldn’t be surprised if I drive down US1 in a few months and this place is out of business!

Both dine in and curbside are great choices. We usually dine in but today I choose curbside. Thank you for having my food so organized and nicely packaged. I ordered the wonton tacos and everything was packaged perfectly. Of course everything tasted delicious like usual. Keep up the good work!

Went in on the weekend – place was empty and they still made us wait 20 minutes for a table…. I guess they were short servers and couldn’t seat all the tables. Server was good and nice. Food was good not great.

We didn’t have to wait to get our table. The food was great and didn’t take long to arrive. Try the appetizers. Quesadillas are the bomb

This is a testimony to all the other 1 star reviewers. They revamped this applebees like putting lipstick on a dirty pig. The outside beautiful the inside disgusting from management to the so called greeters at the door who are never actually at the door. To the gang of waiters sitting in the right hand corner of the restuarant taking up a booth that the people waiting the 25 min wait to be seated (even though 2 booth and 3 tables are open)could be taken care of. To the managers who only come out on a break before asking customers how our experience have been.
This place used to be a great ladies night, birthday celebration, dinner for the kids after softball at franjo park. For 20 years I’ve been coming here. Never in my life have I seen customer service or LACK OF in this establishment. The revamp must happen starting with management!! My community is pleading for it from headquarters.

It was Veterans’ day and thank you to all who served and continue to stand their watch. In the spirit of that sentiment, I took my two years old daughter to Applebee’s to participate in thier appreciation event. As expected the place was packed. The two hostess (a particularly petite young lady and a young man really where put through the paces: seating and wiping tables for the service staff. Their work ethic should be commended and celebrated. Once seated you see and hear the waitresses keeping a positive mental attitude speaking and interacting with thier patrons. I really wish I had collected names to give credit where it is due because there was a young ladies who seemed to be everywhere from singing birthday songs to engaging the elderly with patience and a listening ear among the chaos. However this is not the service I received! waitress came took my order not asking if I was a veteran (I thought; “Maybe she recognized the Eage, Globe, and Anchor that I was wearing.” Yet, that would not be the case. I ordered a grilled cheese burger and coleslaw. I received a cheeseburger with fries and the specialty drink ordered was filled with ice (literally I paid $6.00 for ice). Then after an extensive wait the correct burger came with fries. I asked for a refill on the drink light Ice and they probably removed two cubes and repeated the process. I then did not see my waitress literally for stretches of time on the floor, preparing to inquire how the free vets meal worked. I requested the manager who basically told me I was outta luck and missed the event as it applied to a few meals. After I began the process of writing on the kiosk about my experience he drops a $5 gift certificate for next time and after an extended wait my waitress showed up with the appetizer my wife requested that I ordered on the kiosk. Had fate dealt me the assignment of that motivated woman you saw in frequency displaying a love for service or the discipline of attention to detail; this would have been an opposite review but unfortunately it is what it is and the service in my experience was unsatisfactory.
