We had a fantastic experience at Applebee’s thanks to our server, **Victoria**! She was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. I ordered the Bahama Mama and the chicken wonton tacos appetizer was absolutely delicious. Victoria checked in at just the right times, kept everything moving smoothly, and had such a positive attitude. We’ll definitely be back and request to be seated in her section again! Sorry, straight up trash.
Let’s start with the greeter. Miserable. Couldn’t even crack a smile. Walked us to the table without a word. The place started out warm and musty. Finally, the air kicked on.
Next, the service. Waited 22 minutes to be acknowledged. Not even a glance or an “I’ll be right with you” before that.
On to the food – we heard the table behind us complain about cold fries and should have taken that as a sign. They were cold and soggy.
The crispy wonton things I got were pretty good, I will say.
No utensils were given, we had to ask the extremely pleasant greeter that passed by. She came back 2 minutes later and without saying a word, tossed 2 packs of plastic utensils on the table.
Highlight of the evening, leaving.
Also, the ranch was good.
I wouldn’t even consider setting foot in this place again.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. It was a great place for a family gathering. Our waitress, Amy Potter, was incredibly kind, well-spoken, and patient. We were so glad to have her as our waitress. She got our order perfectly, and if we had any questions, she was always happy to answer them.
