Whoever was in the kitchen 2/6/26 was fantastic. Omg I’ve had Applebees so many times and I always get the same thing the chicken Alfredo. And it has never been this good. I mean whoever was cooking was on it they did a wonderful job it’s made perfectly. A perfect amount of sauce and great seasoning on the chicken. I hope they read this and know how awesome they did!

My 12oz Ribye steak was cooked to a perfect medium. My potatoes and broccoli were fresh. The portion was smaller than what I’m used to but it was still filling. The waitress seemed to have had a long day. She was not mean but her demeanor was not inviting. She didn’t come check on me after my food was placed on the table by someone from the kitchen either. I needed A1 steak sauce. I waited 5 minutes hoping she would return but didn’t want my food to get cold so I asked the person in the who seated me. That is the reason I left 3 stars for service. The restaurant was clean and food was great.

The location is quite convenient. The server we had smelt like nothing but cigarettes. She keep reaching over our drinks and caught an attitude when we tried to correct her. You can tell she didn’t want to be there. The food looked delicious and tasted even better. The new flavor wings were juicy sticky and worth the finger licking process.

Was there last night and there were multiple issues. Steak – I ordered medium got well done, they gave me 10% off. Green beans were probably the worst soggy unseasoned thing I’ve ever tasted. I ordered a side of shrimp with my steak, had to remind the waitress to bring that out. My son didn’t get his mashed potatoes until after I reminded the waitress that he didn’t recive that. The buffalo chicken bites clearly were old because they were extra hard. My fish bowl didn’t come with the gummie fish/shark ( I know small issue but still). The only thing I completely ate off my entire plate was the mashed potatoes and shrimp. All these issues and there were 1 other table with 1 lady. By the time we got our food, 2 more tables came in, my point is it wasn’t busy to have this many issues. I forgot why I dont come to this location. Now I remember why. Ended up getting home, had an upset stomach and threw everything I ate up.

I recently visited Applebee’s and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, I really enjoy the atmosphere here; it’s a great place to hang out, and the service was decent and attentive throughout our meal.
However, as someone looking for meat-free options, I found the menu very limited for vegans and vegetarians. There aren’t many substantial plant-based dishes to choose from without making a lot of modifications.
Additionally, I felt the food was a bit overpriced for the quality provided. While the service was good, the taste of the dishes didn’t quite live up to the cost, and I’ve found better value and flavor at other restaurants in the same price range. It’s a nice spot for a drink and the vibe, but I’d love to see more inclusive and flavorful options for those of us who don’t eat meat.

Great food but service needs an upgrade. Waited over 30 minutes for drinks and refills. The place was not busy and manager started they were fully staffed for the evening and there was a plethora of empty tables early in the evening. I think our waitress wanted us to bus the table as empty plates stayed on the table while attempting to serve dessert. (They were empty when we ordered)

Great experience. The food was very good, including the one for the kids. The Mango Strawberry drink is a bomb, so refreshing. Nallely, our server, went above and beyond. Her smile lighted up our table every time she came up. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

I placed a pickup order for this location. When we arrived, we decided to have a drink and an appetizer to kill some time before heading to our next spot since we were early. I let the waitress know we had a pickup order, but it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. There was no acknowledgment at all in regards to that.
skipping past some of the nonsense that took place on the waitress end , Right before we finished, we had to go looking for her. We saw her across the room, waved, and she looked right in our direction but completely ignored us. We were still trying to be patient. I finally walked up to her as she was about to head to the back and told her we were ready for the check and our pickup order. I gave her my name, and she came back saying there was no order under it. I apologized and told her to try my husband’s name instead.
Thirty four minutes later, she still hadn’t come back. At this point, we were frustrated because why?????. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager explained she was from another store and was just filling in for the absent manager, that manger did find our online order. About twelve minutes later, the waitress finally returned with the bill and said, “Sorry for the wait, I was busy.”
The next day, I called the manager because I felt this needed to be reported. He apologized and said he would mail me a gift card to cover both the online and dine in orders. I provided my address, and he said he’d mail it out the next day. I asked if I could just pick it up since I live nearby, but he insisted he’d put it in the outgoing mail.
I never received it lol. That definitely didn’t make the experience any better. I waited three weeks, called back, and the manager claimed he mailed it, then immediately hung up.
I will never return, and my family will never return. The whole experience was stressful from start to finish.
