01/14/2026 Thank you Ricky and Applebee’s for the great food and amazing food it would have been a 5star review but the bartender acted as if she didn’t want to serve us so we were passed on to Ricky and I believe her name was Kisha . But Ricky was kind he made us feel more than welcome . Even though he had about 4 other tables he treated us as a priority and not another tip for the day . The food was made to our exact request hot and delicious . So if you eat here I highly recommend this server (Ricky) and try the Bourbon street chicken it’s to die for

We visited Applebees to celebrate with family, party of 8. The service was absolutely horrible and ruined our entire night! The server goes by the name of Ricky E and he should not be serving at all! He was very rude and acted is if he didn’t want to be at work on today. He expressed aggravation any time we asked for anything as simple as a refill. We even had to send a plate back due to the salmon being undone and he acted as if it was our fault, our experience was the absolute worst and we regret visiting on today because the celebration was ruined. We ended up getting everything to go and left. When we received our tickets he collected everyone’s ticket from our table plus the table next to us, mixing up everyone’s tickets and it was complete chaos. The whole time the table next to is expressed frustration with him as well. 0/10 recommend. This visit was a waste of time and money

I travel often either by road or flight. Either I always choose my favorite place Applebee’s. Unfortunately this particular location was abysmal in all aspects. It was 930ish at night and the place was barely half packed. Yet it took 15 to seat. Then another 15 to see water. Service was lacking any coherent leadership. That was obvious. Nothing was at table or delivered unless asked for it. Then food arrives. All overcooked and inedible. When asked you acknowledge they seemed annoyed and uncaring. Still with all these mishaps not a single care to make it right. I decided to request forget replacement and give me check. 20 minutes and when I asked they were again with expression of being bothered. Final insult. When check arrives they still charged full price for appetizers that were clearly after 10pm….When brought up…again annoyance expressed. Now remember my initial statement of lack of leadership…Not once was there a manager present to question anything. Saturday…not a single walk around and floor check by management. Again abysmal.

Fridays night December 12, 2025, we went to Applebee’s on St. Augustine road in Valdosta GA. We ordered from the 2 for $25 menu and requested the 2 house salad’s and chicken fingers along with a soft drink and Iced tea. First thing we noticed was the server didn’t know what salad dressings they had to offer. When we were ready to leave we asked for a box to take our left over chicken and fries. The bill came and the server had processed our order as a platter which took our bill to $42.+. We questioned it and a different server said since we had eaten all the chicken they couldn’t adjust the bill. I explained again we did not order the platter. I had not mentioned wanting the patter upgrade at any time. I was told they would get the manager. About 10 minutes later the manager came to our table and had a new bill for us with the platters changed to the regular order. Then he saw the to go box sitting by my fiancée and asked her to give it back to him. She asked him why, are you going to give it to another customer? He replied no they can’t do that. Our question was then why do you want it back? It made no sense. It wasn’t my mistake on the order, why did they treat us like we were trying to get something for nothing. I just wanted to pay the proper bill and leave, which we did and I will not return to that location.

I came to the door there was no greeter at the door.I waited 15 minutes before a server even came to my table. Then another 15 minutes before I got my appetizer. They have poor customer service. I used to like coming to Applebee’s but after today no more.

We had a large party of 9 that showed up around 11 p.m. The waitress did an amazing job, even though we had a long wait to get drinks. The food was really good…most of us had the appetizers. They were 1/2 off from 10 p.m. until closing.

Waited from 12:20 Am until 1:15 Am all We got were seated. No waitress came back to take our orders are anything. It were 4 waitress total there 1 waitress cleaned the tables around us as people from her table were leaving. We eat there often but tonight/morning we received poor customer service. We want be going back anything soon since nobody were interested in our service or money.
