Haven’t ate at Applebee’s in a long while. While service was great, kept drinks filled and checked up on us to see if we need anything on numerous occasions and very friendly, the food here at this location..because thats all I have to go by, was absolutely the worst food I have ever been served ( and I thought about if it had been). Myself, wife 7 year old and baby. Baby was happy with French fries but none of us finished our meals. Wife ordered steak, kid had chicken quesadilla and I had what I always get when I dont know what I want..chicken fingers. Normally a very basic but good choice with a side of fries and some good house made honey mustard, they had good honey mustard. But unfortunately thats where all the goodness ended. Wife’s steak was very thin and tough, ordered medium. Kid only ate a couple bites of his quesadilla and decided the fries were gonna be his dinner. My fries were about twice the size of a french fry and mostly batter and would be what I might expect from a burger king chicken fry but even less appetizing. Originally went to try the new won ton tacos but they were out. Can’t see ever spending my money there again. And the bill was 92$

A good friend and neighbor that I was helping pick up furniture for his remodeled house likes going to Applebee’s in Ft Olgethorpe and especially on Burger Monday were you can get any specialty burgers and fries for $9.99. Wow what a great deal because the burgers were huge and our selection of a bacon cheeseburger was just amazingly delicious and the fries were plentyful and very tasty. Jokingly I told him that he could take me every Monday for as long as it lasts.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with mustard & ketchup, I ordered salmon. His burger was plain & had plastic or something hard like plastic when he tried to cut it in half. My salmon was raw. We asked a server walking by if she could let our server know to come check on us. She immediately asked if my salmon was raw. The kitchen manager then came out & we gave her the plastic or whatever it was. She wasn’t sure what it was. They offered to remake his burger, but he declined. They did make another salmon for me. The manager brought it out, apologized & said they would “take care” of the salmon as a discount. We get the bill & were charged twice for the salmon with 1 removed. I asked the server & she said the manager added a discount. I should have taken a picture of the raw salmon & the plastic but we thought they were going to make it right.
The toilet in the women’s restroom is barely attached with god knows what in the floor that people are tracking from the bathroom into the restaurant. The server was nice but this place is a complete joke.

Brian was very great. It was a very busy Saturday. We had a great experience.
During my visit, there was very rude customers immediately not even giving anyone chance. right beside us at the booth immediately hateful towards him, and staff and he did everything he was supposed to do hospitality wise to make their visit more comfortable, and that wasn’t enough. They just wanted a free meal. They literally asked him to cop something and they haven’t even ordered yet. They told him thank you for his service and they just left.

They switched from hidden valley ranch to a house made ranch and that was a huge mistake the new ranch is terrible. They changed the menu on the 2 for a set price of money deal. Now it’s extra for the steak but I just ordered the steaks paid all that extra money for it to be undercooked and so full of fat I couldn’t even swallow a bite after chewing for a good 2 and a half minutes. Over priced food for it to be all so disappointing. More of my over priced steak ended up in my napkin than in my stomach

I love going to Applebee’s this location particularly. I learned Friday nights I will never go again. We where there 9:00 my mom my son and myself. We already placed our order and waited. We had several families that came in after us. Served, ate, then left we were there over and hour waiting for our food. My son ordered a tea and got a coke and we just figured they was busy we will let her know later. Hailey walked by checked out drinks 1x and every time we tried to get her attention we were ignored. My son fell asleep in the booth waiting so long. We paid over 80 that night and still gave a tip even tho it wasn’t our fault there were issues. We didn’t even stay we packed up our stuff and went home. For now not exactly sure we will be back to Applebee’s.

Arrived at 6.20pm got our entrie very quickly but then waited over an hour for our Main. it was not busy at all. Didn’t expect to have to wait this long for food. IN the end we asked take away. That still took another 25mins to arrive even though we was told at 7.15pm ours was the next up. Not sure what happened here not impressed. Total 1hour 35mins we now have a 30min drive home where we can warm our food back up.

I was doordashing, stopped in to pick up the order, never been to this location before. The manager was at the door and politely opened the door for me and automatically greeted me and was so sweet! He could read me quick and showed me where to pick up the order and really impressed me. If I had not already gotten a new job I would have asked for his name and let him know I would apply. I would work for him in a Heart beat! When complimenting to another worker she seemed very proud of her manager and was very happy to hear my review. That told me this man knows how to run a business, how to treat his employees and still be amazing! Keep up the awesome work!!

It’s obvious this location don’t care about reviews. Even the manager gave poor service. Our waitress started out good then she got worse as time went by. Every bit of my family’s food was cold. The only was your alcoholic beverage is made correctly is if you sit at the bar. Manager brought us our second round and when we told him it was wrong he tried to blame our waitress which I heard her tell him the correct drink. Spent $200 and went to Wendy’s after wards.it took an hour to get our food and the places was not busy at all

I had an incredible experience at this Applebee’s. From the moment I walked in, the service was on point. Our waitress “Hailey” went above and beyond the entire time—attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere, and it made the whole visit stand out.
Huge shoutout as well to the manager “Jeff”, who checked in with us personally and made sure we were taken care of. You can tell leadership here really sets the tone, because the whole team was dialed in.
Food was great, service was even better. Definitely a 5-star visit. I’ll be coming back for sure!
