I had a fun time dining here! I ordered the pepper pasta and it was really good flavorful and comforting. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff was very kind and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable.
They also offered us a free dessert, which was such a nice surprise and really made the visit feel special.
Overall, great service, good food, and a welcoming vibe. I’d definitely come back!

Last night we had the worst meal I’ve had eating out in years. (Including fast-food) The employees all seemed frazzled when we came in and even though there was no one in front of us, it took a long time to be seated. The server was friendly and got our order fairly quickly, but the food came cold. He never came back to see how we were. By the time he did, I was too tired to ask him to bring us hot food. We asked for the check. He looked at our plates and asked us if it was alright. When we told him the fries came out cold and the chicken was barely warm and tough, and he said, “sorry, it’s $31 and held out the device to pay. While my husband paid he said, “sorry” but did nothing to make it right. My husband leaves good tips, so he didn’t stiff him, but we won’t be eating at this Applebee’s again after this experience. I was raised in the restaurant business and I never would have let my customers pay for this without making it right.

I’ve been to this location a few times and have always had a good experience. Nicole was my server tonight and honestly was the best service I’ve had at a sit down restaurant in a very long time! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I had a great experience! I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful lunch. Caroline was my server. She was friendly and had great secondary follow up service. The manager stopped my table to check in. I saw the bartender come in the dining room to greet some regulars. You can tell the team loves their guests. Recommend to you and your family. Also I know late night they have a solid group of regulars every time I’ve ever stopped by.

Being hungry is an American right. Having places that meets one’s expectations is a pleasure. Today I did stop in for a late lunch at Applebee’s in Sugar Hill. I had the “Bourbon Street Steak”, served with extra onions and fries. This is my way. As the flavored mashed potatoes just doesn’t go well with this meal ( that is again my opnion!!) A baked potato would fit fine!! The service was fantastic, the food was served quickly and exactly as I ordered. Kudos to the staff. always nice to see cooperation….

We had a great family night at this place and tried the 2 for $25 promo, which was amazing. The food was delicious and the Valentine’s cocktails were so good, I especially loved the gummy candies.
But the best part was the service. José M took care of us and was absolutely awesome, super attentive, helping us choose and giving great recommendations. His positive attitude really made our night even better.

Our server was Beau. She did an outstanding job. Welcoming and friendly. Made sure we had Refills on drinks and made sure our food was exactly as we wanted. We felt appreciated as a customer. On return visits hope she is working would wait for her table.

My husband and I have dinner this establishment the manager Bryan greeted us with the hostess Carolyn very friendly individual and our server Jose was good, we never had a bad meal on this place, it is always great and delicious!!! We always come by as it was close by where we live…Always great and delicious food!!! Their fries are the best! Burgers and asian chicken!
