From the time I walked in til I left this place hospitality was phenomenal. Food was A1, service was def great. My drink was on point as well. If I could give 10 stars I would. (Not exaggerating at ALL) I wish I could remember the young lady name but she’s def great and I’ll love to come back and have her again. No critic to give and I’m surprised bc there’s a problem most times. Thank you for the great experience

We were seated by the door when many other tables were available. Had to wait 10 minutes for waitress to get to table. We decided to get the holiday drinks but did not get the Santa gummies with it and not given an explanation of why they were missing. Our pretzel appetizer came after our meal came. No apologies from the manager who brought it to our table. No mention if we wanted to go boxes as we had half our plates still not eaten. After another 10 minutes of waiting,I had to go to hostess station and ask them to get the waitress to bring the check.. again no explanations just Said to have a good night.

Went here for the first time being new to the area. I’m not much of a review person but I knew I had to write someone after my experience within 24hours. We sat at the bar & the service was great, bartender was really nice and relatable. However, after about 20 mins a little critter came out of the blue (my guess is the bar tap) and scared the mess out of my mom. She was NOT a fan of that happening and we honestly should have left right after but we had just gotten our food so we stayed a bit after she moved her seat. Again, the bartender was so nice about it, apologized and helped with our services.

I then went to the bathroom and immediately noticed the very strong smell of chemicals from cleaning products. Upon entering, the door was open to ventilate but a worker came in right after me and closed the door(big mistake). It’s great that they thoroughly clean but they need to be mindful of the fumes in the air. I began coughing from inhaling the chemicals and that has never happened to me. I don’t have asthma or any underlying respiratory issues so this was very concerning for me. The very next day about halfway through my day I notice my throat became sore and my nose was very stuffy with a slight cough and I immediately knew I was getting cold symptoms. They have never came on so quick within hours and after doing my research I found out cold symptoms including sore throat, congestion and a cough can come from chemical exposure. I was very disappointed in making this realization. Management please do better.

Took forever for the server to even get our drink orders which we only got water and an alcoholic drink. If you’re ordering an alcoholic drink be prepared for it to be weak! Just stick to water or a soda. The food was ok I can really complain about that but the server and drink was horrible!

My friend and I went there and wanted to sit and have a good time. They had us waiting 25 minutes! They didn’t even bother to check in with us or give us updates on our seating. There were a TON of seats available. We just left. I would think twice about going here.

I came to enjoy boneless wings and a drink with my friend and upon opening my food I was absolutely astonished by the poor presentation and later poor taste of the food. Pictured is supposed to be garlic Parmesan boneless wings, however 5/10 of the wings had no sauce on them and the Parmesan is half melted on those that do. While at the bar, the bartender never offered me nor my friend a water and never returned to ask if I’d like a cocktail after checking my friend’s ID. Both my friend and I were so displeased with the poor service and food that we decided to leave and dispose of our food in the trash immediately outside of the restaurant. I will not be returning.

The bar tender is amazing been there for a couple years so she knows her regulars and there is a group of regulars that accepted us like one of the family and we always have a great time and also meeting new people. Me for one I enjoy myself at this location everytime we visit.

This wasn’t our best dining experience however I’m a firm believer in focusing on the positives. So let’s start on the most severe of the negatives.

I ordered a sweet tea with lemon and unfortunately the tea had that very old taste that it does if the pot has not been cleaned properly or the tea has sat for too long. So I instead just requested an iced water which arrived in a very dirty glass. See pictured.

Unfortunately our appetizer arrived in less than “appetizing” condition. It looked as though it had been taken straight out of the microwave and placed upon the plate. Also pictured.

My young daughter wanted the chicken fingers plate with french fries and in the past I’ve been able to add a small side of macaroni and cheese however today I was told that I had to order two entrees in order to get the side of macaroni. See pictured. Not really worth $6.49 but the kid enjoyed it all, except the extra dry chicken fingers, so not a major problem.

Unfortunately the shrimp and chicken was also pretty lackluster. Although it arrived to the table sizzling like it had come off the grill shrimp tasted like they also had come out of the microwave.

However there were some positives. My significant other truly enjoyed his burger and fries. Our waitress Laurren, although seemingly quite over worked, was trying her absolute best and delivered our meal in a timely manner.

So unfortunately not the best dining experience it’s definitely not the worst.

Will be sure to complete the survey and utilize the $10 off $40 soon.

I ordered online, normally my wife and I would go in. She got a burger, and I got the half rack bbq ribs. Her burger came with fries, and I decided to get onion rings with mine. In total the with the tip bill was 40 dollars and some change. What I can’t figure out is how was my half rack of ribs so small and I added the onion rings for an extra 3.99 I think it was but I got about 5 onion rings. The half rack looked like they took a whole rack and cut it into 3 portions and trying to pass it off as a half. I’ve been his place many times and it seems like the portions are getting smaller and smaller and they don’t think people will notice.
