It’s Applebee’s so you already know about the food. They’re not going to get everything right 100% all of the time but they did a fantastic job for us to night, especially with as busy as they were plus it was Karaoke night. The Easley location was uplifting in its character and everyone seemed to be having a good time. We were greeted with a pleasant demeanor and they promptly cleaned off a table for us to sit. The waitress had a sweet disposition and was very polite and prompt with whatever we needed.

Went around three on a Friday wasn’t crowded at all. Server was great and for was good. I had the bacon chicken ranch sandwich. Husband had the double burger add bacon. And some mozzarella sticks. Our bill was around $40.

Service is good. Courteous wait and Management staff. Food is however not as great. Long beans were mushy (possibly meant to be that way?) and steak was overcooked. Hence the dried out parts. They’ve got an extensive menu, I would suggest to get their burgers, salads and fried items, and do steak elsewhere.

Our waiter was very attentive and checked in on us regularly, wish I would have got his name, the only thing that I didn’t care for was the grease coming out of the quesadilla burger, it was so greasy that I had half a plate of grease left on the plate, it was still good though & I did finish it. Since the time we walked in the lady who seated up was rude. The service was decent. But the food was horrible. I had the lime chicken with rice. The rice was dry and flavorless. Chicken was salty and hard to get down. My husband ordered the riblets and he said not good. Undercooked.

Firstly, it took a bit longer than it should have to get seated, not because the place was packed but because the host staff just wasn’t on their game. Overall, the place was decent. Our service was okay but dependable. I would return.

Me and my family came in to eat before we went to Mad world. We waited 15 minutes before the server came and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered our food and she forgot to ring in my little sisters ribs. She also would not bring drink refills to our table. While we were eating, another server came to the table behind us and was cleaning off the table and EATING the food the guests left at the table. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I am a bartender/server and this was the worst experience at a restaurant. We will never be coming back.

Learn how to cook a steak. If a customer has to wait for 3 steaks to be cooked, you compensate the meal to keep your customer happy. You just lost several regulars and anyone else who was around to hear you arguing with your customers.

Went to Applebee’s on a Sunday afternoon after the movies. Seated quickly. Then crickets. Family of 4. Waited 15 minutes and no one stopped to ask us if we needed drinks. Waitress stopped at the table next ours several times. Don’t know if we were accidentally seated in a closed section or if they are short staffed. Left and ended up at a local Italian place in Powdersville. Won’t return to Applebee’s for a while. They earned this review.
