Great place with hreat prices. The staff where very nice and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was good and was at a good price. The only thing i could think of that was the best was the sets. The covers where really worn down and ripped. But other then that it was a grat place and a great experience.

Went here for the 1st time at this location on Saturday December 27th 2025 with my parents for a much needed dinner. Applebees is a chain restaurant that serves burgers, salads, some fish, and other items that a chain usually has, like ribs. They can also be known for their drinks as well. Anyways, we walked in, and there was an 30 Minute wait, they said the Kitchen was backed up, okay- so we said no, but spent maybe that same time or less in the car. So we get out of the car and changed our minds and decided to wait. We also went to the bar, and was called when our table was ready. At the bar, we decided on drinks while we waited, and my mom had the tipsy reindeer drink. I had a Blue Mana Drink. Bartender did his job and checked ID. We also ordered nachos, and BBQ boneless wings as an appetizer. Before you know it, our table was ready. Oh, and both in the bar, and in the restaurant, it felt a little chilly. anyways, so we moved to the table in the restaurant and was somewhat seated near the door. Not sure if it helped the cold situation. Anyways, our server was very pleasant and had lots of southern hospitality. Although it took her longish to greet us- but can understand because when it’s busy, it can be a rush to get there. With the server we ordered 3 waters, and my dad ordered another drink, and the waitress recommended the sleigh all day margarita. Also because our waitress took a little long to greet us– it did give us time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted to order. After finally getting our waters and my dad’s drink. For entrees My mom and I did the 2 for $25 deal which was on the back of the menu, one can get 2 entrees and an appetizer- I got the Oriental Chicken Salad, and my mom got the same thing, and we got the Fried Mosseralla Appetizer. My dad ordered a Whisky Jam Burger, which sounded like Fridays old burger. Finally the appetizers came out- the nachos and boneless wings. The nachos were enjoyable, and came with guacomole on top! (My mom and i liked that, my dad not so much). The wings sauce was good, but it tasted like it spent too much time under a hot lamp and was dried out. Fried Mossarella was good too! Finally the entrees came out, and i enjoyed my salad, as did my mom. My dad also enjoyed his burger. As it got less busy, our waitress checked on us more often. Oh, although we ran into an issue that the ketchup was empty at our table, and my dad was searching the restaurant for a ketchup, and unfortunately they only had ketchup packets, in which the bartender apologized for- but the waitress seemed rude about it. she said to my dad “excuse me?” Now he used the packets, but no need to be rude about it. Anyways, I enjoyed my salad, as well as my mom. We also asked for boxes as we didn’t finish all of our salad. We paid the check via a gift card and left a cash tip. We enjoyed our food, and would probably be back! Although a little bit of slow service for some reason, but maybe next time there will be better service!

Very disappointed with my waitress. Came here for an early dinner. Hostess seated me and took my drink order, brought it back about 15 minutes later waitress finally came to take my order. Waitress took my order and that was it. Someone else brought my appetizer and yet another person brought my meal. I prepared my cash to pay the bill. Had to ask another waitress about paying my bill when my waitress finally came grabbed the cash and brought back my change, wouldn’t give me a receipt stating that the register doesn’t print receipts for cash transactions. Didn’t even give me my correct change back. My spouse who was at another Applebee’s in another state was seated the same time as me and was finished eating by the time I received my food. The food was good the service was terrible! Highly doubt I will visit this location again.

Was back for a 2 year Anniversary of meeting my significant other, we met here for our 1st date, and the food and experience was awesome and fantastic ! New vibe with an awesome new manager, smiling away she made this a wonderful evening!

We stopped in here for an early dinner on wednesday at four thirty p m. We prefer to sit at the bar and there were quite a few seats available.
The bartender came over and got our drink order which was delivered rather quickly. She took our food over and we opt not to get an appetizer.
I ordered the quesadilla salad and my boyfriend ordered the clubhouse grill with fries.
I would say within 7 minutes. My salad was delivered and it was another four minutes before the boyfriend’s food was delivered, which is very upsetting when you are together in order together, but food gets delivered at separate times. My salad was good.The chicken was flavorful.I loved the corn and it tasted very fresh period the dressing was delicious.
The club was not so good.It was really cheesy, which was not melted.And just a little overpowering. The French fries came out. They were hot and I loved the way they were seasoned. I would order those again.
Our server was kind and efficient nothing outstanding, but nothing negative. And the restaurant was fairly empty. There were a group of employees that were gathered around a back table which seemed a little odd to me, that should be in the kitchen.
The silverware was delivered open on top of nap fence. I had no problem with that. But when we picked up the steak knife, which was a very, very much flimsy knife, it had clearly been burned several times and had seen better days.

Came here for an early dinner since we were in the area and had a gift card. Got here around 3:30pm. We finally finished at almost 5:00. All we got were cocktails and appetizers. We spent more time waiting for our drinks and food than we did eating and drinking it. The server was nice and attentive. The food definitely was frozen food just heated up and we got a side of the beer cheese sauce that was ice cold, the waitress said they just took it out of the microwave??? Definitely don’t want it now. The drinks were extremely watered down. Overall for the price and quality it was not worth it.

Worst experience we’ve had at a restaurant in quite a while. I didn’t think our food would ever come. Restaurant wasn’t crowded so that couldn’t be used as an excuse. It was lunch time but restaurant wasn’t even half full. Couple next to us asked if the kitchen was under staffed and we’re told “No” as apparently they had been waiting for their food for quite a while. Food finally came and the chicken pasta I ordered that was shown on the menu with a cheese sauce came out dry. You couldn’t see any cheese sauce on it. I asked the manager for some sauce. She said yes but she proceeded to go do other things. Finally our waiter bought it. Then surprisingly our bill had a $2 charge for the sauce. The manager could clearly see dish didn’t have sauce on it. Well we gave the restaurant a try. We won’t be back. Oh, the woman next to us was brought cold mashed potatoes.

We came in this afternoon, hadn’t been to an Applebees in about 3 years. We were a little nervous to try this specific spot out after hearing about negative staff through a friend of ours. We weren’t exactly expecting anything amazing, just a regular lunch. We were greeted by a young lady named Sophie at the front, and she was honestly such a bright spot of our visit. She welcomed us right away with a smile and was super polite. Clearly knew how to manage the floor well, conversed with us, and even refilled our drinks. We had Wes as our server. Wes took great care of us as and was quick, kind, and very attentive throughout the meal. Checked up on us multiple times, had an amazing outgoing tone, and kept everything very professional. He made sure everything came out right and on time. Our food came out pretty quick and was delicious. Mashed potatoes were a little eh. We were in and out in around 30 minutes. Suprisingly good experience for an applebees in Conway. Will be coming back soon.

Don’t waste your time. We have been going to this Applebee’s for 4 years and we will not be going back. The service has been declining for so time and now is absolutely awful. The restaurant was half full at best, and we were seated immediately. So we waited and waited and waited for our server to even notice us. She did not have a problem checking on the couple behind us 4 times nor the large group in front of us 3 times but she wasn’t interested in even getting a drink order from us. Not one person that worked there said ANYTHING to us other than the girl who asked “how many” when we first walked in. We decided to leave because we were apparently wearing camouflage and blended into the surroundings. Went to cookout instead.

If you’re looking to practice patience, this is the place for you. We waited over an hour for our food — which was impressive considering it arrived cold and somehow still undercooked. Truly a culinary paradox.
The waitress and management had the calm, unbothered energy of people watching a documentary about our suffering instead of participating in it. No urgency, no concern, just vibes.
Would recommend if you enjoy being ignored and eating disappointment.
