Honestly we used to come here all the time but not anymore. Service was horrible didn’t get a refill until checks were brought at the end. Two of us got the “riblet platter” mine had no meat & was sent back. Manager came over & never offered anything else and was very rude and stand offish. The other riblet platter was cold & looked like dog food. I’m actually writing this still here considering our waitress “Brittany” still hasn’t picked up our checks. We will not be back very disappointed. All food was cold and we didn’t even eat. Not to mention our orders were wrong as well & appetizers came out with meal.

This is one of our favorite places to eat, especially during tourist season. For some reason it’s mostly locals and you can usually get a table fairly quickly. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the food is great and always prepared well. We’ve never had a bad experience here and the atmosphere is comforting. In the summer it’s dim and cool, and perfect for escaping the heat and humidity for awhile. And somehow it’s just as cozy to escape to on those windy winter days as well! If we’re going downtown for errands and shopping, this is one of our favorite places to stop for lunch!

It has been a while since we have been so definitely want to say We went to Applebee’s yesterday early evening. I must say Everything was on point. Pretzels were perfect, not over nuked and tough. Hubs Ribs were so tender and tasty. My Chicken & Shrimp were really good. The Mashed Potatoes oh my goodness were amazing, the Dessert was delicious. And…. The Service was absolutely perfect. Armani was a perfect gentleman and kept glasses full, empty plates pulled, He was attentive but not overbearing. I know it can’t be perfect all the time but it sure was amazing yesterday… ❤️

Ordered for my birthday and was utterly disappointed. Chunks of raw, uncooked potato in my mashed potatoes, fries were stale, cold, and unsalted, my husband’s nachos were stale and bland, and the cheese dip was packed in a container that leaked through the bag and into my car. We arrived around 4:15. The hostess was in a tizzy because they were changing shifts and wasn’t sure where to sit anyone. We had a good meal was cooked as ordered with a nice amount of mashed potatoes and broccoli. Our waitress was prompt and attentive.

It was hot outside but it was cool that day we stopped and had lunch there after an event. My kids loved it and I even got to catch up on my favorite team score. Which I missed the game the night before. ♀️ Our waitress was nice and even the manager brought out what we needed I’d our waitress was tied up doing something else. Pleasant place and look forward to returning very soon!

Walked in the door at 10:45 and they close at 12am. Didn’t realize it was a problem to come into the restaurant while they’re still open. Completely understand if they were about to close. Walked in and Manager or whoever looked at us. Sighed and Said “oh my god” with the BIGGEST attitude. If you don’t want service that’s cool. Guess you don’t want a job neither. Have more respect for the customers who contribute to the money you make. Thanks 🙂

Ordering our food and getting our food took a long while everyone around us was getting food. My 3 cheese penne pasta had no NO alfredo sauce! just shredded cheese on top. I’m not fan anymore of Applebee’s. I’d understand if it was busy… but it wasn’t
