Everytime we come here after work ,we walk in and get no customer service, and they have plenty of tables to sit 3 people at ,we get off work at 9pm and get here around 9:30 pm ,I work double shifts doing a delivery service and when I get off I’d like to come somewhere and have a good meal ,they need to step it up here ,who ever runs this restaurant needs to do something about this ,they act like they don’t want to sit people in certain sections because of the time I guess ,it shouldn’t never take as long as it does to be seated when ya’ll have many many tables open ,customer service here at night is not good at all

I ordered online and the food was delivered on time. However the 2 Blondie desserts did not come with the caramel or the nuts. We were were very dissatisfied because they they were not the same as in the past. I would not recommend their desserts ordered online because you will not get as expected.. we are not pleased at all.

Honestly, it’s a no star for me. We got there at 9:30, there was a wait. No problem. Until they got our drink orders, we waited an hour for a beer just to find out that no one told our server it was ordered. We had 2 tables sat before us and one that was sat after us, that had eaten and left before we even had our food. The kids food was wrong, didn’t have silverware or napkins, missing a whole meal, servers were just standing around while our server struggled with a party she had. Asked to speak to the manager who said she was going to take care of the bill, but we were still billed. Would you be surprised if I said the food we were given to take home was also wrong.? Absolutely horrible. We left after closing. We watched the whole restaurant empty. Server was slow and inattentive until it was time to pay the bill. Jumped up real quick. After not seeing her the entire time. Only thing she brought us was the beer and the bill. We’ve been there on good nights. But damn does this one top of the list for the worst nights. Absolutely will not go back.

We were seated and waited over 10 minutes and nobody ever came to take our drink order. We finally got up and moved to the bar. Our drinks finally came, along with our food. We ordered the endless wings, after the first plate there was a long wait for the next ones. The food was great, but the wait times and service sure needs improvement. My experience with Avery was amazing. She made sure our drinks were filled and we were satisfied. She definitely went out of her way for all of her tables to make sure they were all happy as well. I will be coming back and requesting Avery!
