O M (no) cheeseburger… would have been a more accurate name. The picture and ad shows a plateful of gooey cheese that you can dip multiple times, then dip fries… no, in fact it was so little cheese it stuck to the plate and left bun and burger “glued” down.
Our choice for the 2 for $22, the spinach artichoke dip, was even lacking seasoning and flavor.
The high spot for the visit was our bubbly waitress in training. She was better than her trainer. The manager was nice. She offered to bring more cheese but we were at rhe end of the meal.
My wife couldnt even eat her fries because they were so heavily peppered.

Our service was great, our food was absolutely delicious, the prickly pear drink w/ shot, was sooo good, we had an awesome time. Sierra was a terrific server, very attentive, everything was exactly as we ordered, very friendly and welcoming, from start to finish.

Recently visited this Applebee’s location to pick up lunch for myself and my colleagues. Due to the lunch rush and a high volume of orders, one of the meals was prepared incorrectly—an understandable mistake. I called the store to make them aware of the issue, and they immediately offered to replace the meal at my convenience.
I coordinated everything through a manager named Haley, who, as far as I can tell, is exactly what a manager should be. Her professionalism, customer service, and overall positivity turned an otherwise frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. Although I attempted several times to return for the replacement meal, my schedule never allowed it. After about five weeks, I finally made the trip while Christmas shopping.
Haley was not on-site that day, but she had provided a way to communicate with her directly. I reached out, she informed the store, and within 15 minutes I was able to pick up a fresh order—a rack of ribs, mashed potatoes, fries, and a sweet tea. The manager on duty was also extremely understanding and professional.
I left truly impressed by the entire managerial staff and their commitment to making things right. The food was excellent, and the service exceeded expectations. Definitely worth a visit.

Every time we come we order the same thing, four cheese mac and cheese honey pepper chicken. It is never consistent. This time the pasta is mush and the 3 chicken tinders are the size of nuggets. They didnt put the honey pepper sauce on the chicken and the pasta sauce just tastes like pasta water. $32 for this? I give up I won’t be back.

Only a group of 3, we were seated quickly. Once we were seated we waited about 35 minutes before who I believe to be the manager came over and took our drink order and told us Tiffany would be our waitress. We were completely ignored the entire time until then and even after the manager got our drink order the waitress still completely ignored us. Not even a “I’ll be right with you” or anything. She was fully interacting with the 3 or 4 other groups of people around us getting checks cleared and the like. After the drinks were brought she still ignored us with no other customers in her area and instead just began sweeping the floor around us. The manager herself had to take our order but after that we decided it best to just leave. Not sure what if anything we could’ve done to upset Tiffany enough to make her feel the need to completely ignore us ♀️

It had been a while since we were here. I got the lime chicken which was very good! The chicken was very tender had a great taste rice and pico de gallo was also good. My husbands riblets weren’t as good tho tasted freezer burnt.. probably would just go with the ribs instead but fries were hot and fresh. Inside was clean but could use some new upholstery on some of the bench seats. The waitress was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will go back again.

You know those reels what you thought and what you got… yeah that was our expectation.. we thought we was getting an ooey gooey melted puddle of cheese

I have been to Applebees many times over the years, but recently visited again several times. The first person that approached me was a lady by the name of Darlene She was very friendly, had a wonderful welcoming smile. During my dinner, I seemed to notice everyone inside Applebees was calling her mamaw! She seemed to be the perfect person to make everyone happy and comfortable to be there. A great asset to this facility!

We haven’t been to Applebees in a long time, we decided to go tonight. The services was great and so was the hostice (grandma). She made sure we felt at and was so sweet. We will definitely be back and we hope she will be there. Best experience we have had there.
