We traveled a little over a hour one way with our family of 8. We decided to stop in and have Applebees for lunch before heading back home. The food and service was up to our expectations and fresh and hot. Our server Carla was delightful to have today 1/29/2026. She even gave good feedback on the food choices I was inquiring about trying. She was very kind and attentive. Don’t see really much of that back home in many places anymore. She deserves a raise!

We had an amazing time!! From the very sweet greeter (i didn’t catch her name but she had really colorful hair!) at the front, to the fantastic server Nicole and amazing manager. It was the best experience i’ve had in a long time and i definitely recommend going here!! (also ps to the manager jordan IM SO SORRY! i didn’t know we had put the survey in or we would have said you’re great too)

My husband and I came here yesterday and were greeted by Rhonda. We asked if she would put the Women’s gold medal hockey game on for us and she did! She was so friendly and helpful. She kindly told us about the 3-6 happy hour. Applebee’s is fortunate to have an amazing manager like her. She was simply the best, as was the rest of the staff. Thank you!

Amazing place! From the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly, greeting us with smile.
We are on the way to Florida from Canada and had a terrible day of driving in a snow storm but the experience at the Applebee made it all good again.
Special thanks you to our waitress that was excellent at her job plus warm, caring, funny and accommodating to our service dog.
The food was great, full of flavour and fresh.
Definitely a repeat!

Traveling from Florida to PA. Decided to stop here to get dinner. Was seated promptly. Waitress came over and gave us the menus. We both asked for a beer. Waited a while for them. Then asked to give us a few minutes. A few minutes came and went.The waitress came out from the kitchen area and sat down and was talking with other employees. Another customer actually had to get up and walk over to her to ask for a togo box. She got up and got it. Walked right by us and went and sat back down with the other’s. There was may4 customers in the building. And it was only 7:30. When I asked to pay for our drinks and adressed that I was upset. They didn’t care.

We haven’t been there in quite a few years because service and food wasn’t great. Just recently started coming back because management changed. Food is way better and service is way better. Only down fall is the draft beer is flat…..

Ate here tonight, shortest weight time on being seated and having my server come to me in a long while as someone eating solo.
William was my server and was amazing! Reminded me of the half price apps, brought me a Togo box and drink at the end, service was awesome, didn’t forget about me but also wasn’t constantly asking me how everything was. Great personality too!

Emily is fantastic…she is the best bartender at appleasbes in summersville. She is the reason I come in every week…attentive…polite…pays attention to what I need…I could not ask for a better experience. She deserves a raise…a vacation and a promotion and I hope she gets it.
