Parking lot had a lot of trash. It’s located, somewhat hidden, over in the corner of the Walmart shopping center. The restaurant smells of kitchen grime, old food spills, and wear/tear. It definitely needs a deep cleaning. Somewhat dark atmosphere when you enter.
Staff was extremely casual and more interested in socializing amongst themselves than serving customers. Our waitress did not write our order down and she did get it wrong and then acted surprised when confronted about it. She quickly corrected it, however.
We tried a mock cocktail and a prickly pear lemonade. Although both had pretty colors, both were over-flavored, overly sweet, and not worth the cost. The appetizer trio was a great deal, but everything else on the menu seemed slightly elevated in price for the type of atmosphere we experienced. Food was good, though. We did enjoy the meal. The appetizer trio was ordered as the main meal but clearly had been made first and sat, therefore was cold when it arrived at the table. I imagine the wonton chicken tacos would have been even better fresh and warm. Really enjoyed the crunchy shrimp once it arrived. Onion rings had a nice flavor. Fried pickles were cut too thin and each bite is mostly breading. Other entree, the grilled chicken and waffle fries, was served hot and was delicious.
Would not return. We do pass thru this town often and decided to not eat fast food this time, which is how we ended up here. Although the food ended up enjoyable, it was not worth the long wait to be served food, long wait for the check, and the high cost for each item.

My son and I dined here Saturday, service,hustle,warm food/awful/awful/awefull.
We ordered appetizer,food wasn’t hot,quality of food, bla.we were there 25 minutes before our appetizer came out,and cool too.
I asked for the bill and to go containers and we left.
Atmosphere great but Noone was in a hustle except a young Caucasian brunette.
Should have gone across the street.

Food and service were terrible. Didn’t take menus off tables and had to ask for napkins. Menus were also filthy. Booths dirty and was expensive. If i could give negative stars i would. Do not waste your money here. Never coming back.

Small town location and vibes. It is a welcome, nice setting/feel for a chain restaraunt. The staff are kind, interactive and diligent. The service was good and the food was good and nothing was wrong with our orders. We didn’t have to wait for 30 minutes or more to be seated.

First time we have been in the Tappahonack area in a while and ate here with my family. My 2 year old grandson asked if they had apples since it was in their name. Told him no, but when the food came they ran over and got him one from the store with caramel dip. They made his day. The service was great and the food was really good.

Took us forever to get food. (45 mins) to get a kid menu. There was supposed to be 3 chicken tenders only got 2. She only visited us twice to greet us and to have the bill. But every thing else other waiters.

Food was better than I expected. The tomato soup being the exception. It was very bland.
Service was polite but slow. They delivered our dinners 10 minutes apart from each other so one of us sat there while the other had food.

My shrimp pasta was GROSS. The pasta was VERY dry. The chips were burnt when it came out so we asked for new chips and they just put the burnt chips underneath to hide it. The dip wasn’t even hot, it was cold. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Our server was apologizing and I understand it isn’t her fault because she wasn’t making the food but whoever the cook is here needs to be fired because the food is NASTY and they seemed too lazy to give us new chips.

Placed online order for pickup. Place is very dirty. Waitress came chewing food and mumbled something, then yelled at bartender to check if my order ready. Hostess station full of grease. Didn’t get condiments with the order which I paid for. If the front of the restaurant looks like this, I can imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. Throw this “food” in the trash and went across for KFC.. will contact corporate with complaint. No wonder why this place is empty on Sunday at 6:30 pm.

Dirty. Stained ceiling tiles, smelly carpet questionable booth cleanliness. Twi small Cold ribblets under one medium sized warm ribblet and fries on the side. Mia Coleslaw that arrived 35 min after pleading a random server for it. Terrible service, lackluster special. Each reorder of a boneless wing comes with no more fries and no more Coleslaw except for the on tablespoon that was originally forgotten then brought 35 minutes after the first order. The for the laughable “all you can eat” the boneless wings are brought two tiny dry pieces at a time and the ribblet is brought one miniscule piece smaller then the previousone. Terrible. The tea is stale with ice which I can only imagine by looking at it is from a defrostung freezer. Then to soothe your ears or to take away the attention from 30 minutes between each tiny ribblet there was arguing in the back. The watered down margaritas, and the Staff drinking non watered down margaritas near the phone order station added to the ambiance f the “all you can eat single half ribblet and the two boneless chunks at a time”. What a joke. I don’t know who the white frilly blouse girl was but she asked the only other table at our section how everything was when they gave her their complaints she skipped our table completely. When they expressed their concerns she just said “ok” Then they asked for their check. Maybe she asked just to know. She didn’t apologize or offer to fix the problems. Mmmmkay. It has been 30 min and I am still waiting on the “all you can eat riblets and boneless wings. It should be called “all we can care to remember to serve you. I asked our “server” if the reorder was on its way after asking at 9:40 and still nothing at 10:15 and she screamed ACROSS THE ENTIRE DINING ROOM “WE ONLY HAVE ONE COOK!” Completley uncalled for. I would have been more embarassed byt there was only two other tables of two people in a different section. Absolutely pitiful service. My companion and I thought we would give them a chance since we live close and in the five years living here we had never been. But alas we will not be returning. As we walked out to the parking lot we could hear screaming that consisted of “No! That is unacceptable! We were charged $65 more than it should have been! The order was only forty dollars and he card was charged for 105!” I look over and it’s a couple talking to the white frilly blouse girl. Well she skipped us becuse she didnt want to hear about our Terrible experience but she can’t escape this rightly indignant lady and the 65 “upcharge on her to go order. Will definitely NEVER BE BACK. Never will we be back. Terrible. Awful rude and crude. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! Drivd the extra miles to Fredericksburg or Richmond. We Willl be contacting corporate and we Will be checking the charge on the card too.
