I recently stopped by Applebee’s and ordered the sirloin topped with shrimp, served alongside macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. The food itself was excellent. The steak was cooked well and the shrimp on top gave it a nice boost of flavor. The mashed potatoes were creamy with just the right texture, and the mac and cheese was rich and filling. My only minor critique is the shredded cheese sprinkled on the mac which did not really add much and looked a little out of place on an otherwise well prepared plate.
The absolute highlight of the visit was Michael. His service was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. He elevated the entire experience and made sure everything was taken care of without us having to ask. Applebee’s is lucky to have someone like him representing the restaurant.
That being said, the interior of this location could use some serious updating. The decor feels stuck in the past with worn furniture and design elements that have not kept up with the times. A refresh of the dining space would go a long way toward matching the quality of the food and service.
Overall, great meal, incredible service, but the atmosphere is overdue for an upgrade.

Kevin B is an excellent waiter. He was prompt to get our orders and he had that nice balance of checking on us and allowing us to enjoy our meal as a seasoned waiter should. I was very impressed watching him serve tables as well as run the bar and he was not stressed at all. The food came out perfectly too. I ordered my burger medium and it came out exactly as I asked. Overall very pleased with my service and food and I will be requesting Kevin again.

It’s such a same a famous brand like Applebee’s has fallen so far. It should to be the go to place after college football games.
I haven’t been in years only because there are none around where we live now but we were doing some shopping in Central Park so we stopped by for lunch.
First warning sign, no one was inside, no person seating anyone up front, no bartender only a waitress who seemed nice told us to sit anywhere. My wife tried to order a margarita but she said they didn’t have all the ingredients to make it.
We ordered my favorite thing from back in the day beef nachos. They were terrible, the meat tasted old and hardly any toppings. This was a real disappointment because those and the tacos were the best appetizers of any restaurant out there.
We also ordered 2 for 25 boneless chicken wings and burger with fries. Nothing tasted fresh. We didn’t even say anything just paid the bill and left. Its so sad that I will never go back to Applebee’s again and my kids will never experience the joy of eating in one as I did.
Maybe its just this one and its my fault for not reading the reviews beforehand. I would tell everyone not to eat at this location while its still open which I can’t see for long.

So, listen, this was our second trip here between the hours of 1-3pm (MY second visit period). The service? Fantastic. Dining area? Mediocre. Dark and unwelcoming. Bar? Decent. Appetizers? Phenomenal! Main course? Poor. Drinks (Booze)? Poor and watered-down.
Pretty mixed, huh?
The reason this establishment gets such a poor mark is they have the worst restrooms we’ve ever seen on the planet; and we’ve both travel the world for work (military and medicine). The urinals haven’t been cleaned in weeks if not months. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. We thought on our previous visit that they were having a bad day. This time we were in awe. We will never go back.

This place sucks. Ordered a sizzlin apple pie via door dash. Arrived cold like straight out of the fridge cold. No toppings. No utensils. Inedible anyway. Also half the portion size. Absolute scam.

Service was great. We had the pick 3 appetizers, everything tasted awesome. The chicken wonton tacos were delicious. The brew pub pretzels were good, the honey BBQ boneless wings were melt in your mouth tender. The chicken quesadillas and mozzarella sticks were very tasty! This meal is only $14.99, we got 2 of them and there was plenty of food for 3 of us. The service was good. I’ll definitely be going back there.

The O-M-Cheese Burger was ok when they came out it hardly had any cheese not even close to what Ive seen on TV or the pic on the menu. I will never get it again. One of the kids got a corn Dog and it was still frozen. I ordered 2 appetizers 1 came on time and the other came after we were done with the meal.
I don’t blame the waiter I blame management he was waiting tables and had to bartend and go help in the Kitchen.

They contacted me we talked they said they would send a gift card but I still haven’t seen that yet so there’s no use to talk to them because they r not going to do what they said they r going to do.

I dined at the restaurant this evening and had one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever encountered. I have worked in the service industry for approximately seven years, so I understand the difference between a restaurant being genuinely busy and being inattentive. Throughout the entire meal, I saw my server only four times, and none of those visits were to offer refills or provide boxes; I had to ask other staff members who happened to pass by.
The only time the bartender that was our server, appeared occupied was while sitting at the bar with guests.The bartender was seated on the customer side of the bar, making it difficult to even recognize that a bartender was on duty.
The food quality was poor, and when I asked if anything could be done regarding my bill, my card was simply run and placed back on the table without any discussion.
Additionally, I would not recommend dining here with children on Tuesdays due to what appears to be a new karaoke night. The atmosphere felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant, largely because of the music selection, which was highly inappropriate and sexually explicit.
Overall, the establishment has noticeably declined over the past few months. The combination of poor service, inappropriate music, and an unwelcoming atmosphere was extremely disappointing. I would not be surprised if the restaurant were to close, as I personally observed multiple patrons enter and then leave shortly afterward due to the environment.It honestly was so disappointing that I wish I was able to leave negative stars for this review.

Here is an update……2-21-26….. went the following Saturday and didn’t inform the manager that we were coming in to after our meal and I must say that the service was so much better. Mike was awesome and on point and was very patience while my kids were ordering at the table. He checked on us frequently to make sure we had what we need without even asking. The food was nice and hot and there blender was working that really made the kids happy. I can say the service was much better the second time around.
Well to start off we went on Valentine’s Day. The wait was only 15-20 minutes not so bad however the service was not so great. Our kids meal tenders were hard we asked for no strawberries in our yogurt and when asked to fix they made it seem like it was a problem. The thing my daughters order they did not have available so they had to change there order constantly to fit the needs of the restaurant and what they had in stock or working. My food appetizer was cold and my other food was Luke warm by the time it got to our table. My kids chicken tenders were hard and she did not want to eat them. As we sat and was eating maybe 10 minutes after receiving our food the waiter asked was I ready for my check and my kids weren’t even near done with what they were eating. I understand that is a busy day being valentines but that does not mean the service should lack to get people in and out.
