Stopped by Applebee’s for a late lunch and the food was fantastic. The restaurant was a bit empty at this time of day. My waitress came over and took my order which seemed to appear quickly and cooked to perfection.

I should have known from the place being so empty that the food wasn’t good…. My chicken was raw the pasta Alfredo tasted like the bottom of a burnt pan I didn’t get mashed potatoes with my main dish just a piece of chicken the soup was horrible and literally had a pile of chips on top that made it completely soggy I ordered a hour and 15 min before closing so that was more than enough time to get a order right but still it wasn’t I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and the reason why is Because I got super super sick the night I tried just a bite of chicken and a bite of Alfredo I was super using the bathroom so nope a no go for me and mine and my salad had fries in it just no way I wanted that even though it looked okay wasn’t chancing it after the raw chicken

The food is very dry, not appealing nor appetising. I ordered the grilled chicken for a quick lunch and was surprised it was still raw and very salty. They have no sauces/gravies. Definitely not coming back here. I sent the food back and did not ask for further replacement as I lost all my appetite. The girl waitress/greeter however was very nice and polite.

Our server was outstanding. Getting seated was a hassle. We arrived at 1145, 1 waitress working no greeter. Only 7 tables in use, but again 1 waitress. When waitress got to us (15 minutes) she was very courteous and brought our drinks quickly. At no time did I ever see anyone from management or more than 2 waitresses. That means, NO manager, NO greeter, NO bartender. I think these 2 waitresses were also the cooks and busboy. During lunch you would think Applebee’s would have more than 2 employees in the restaurant.

This establishment is not good! The restaurant was dirty with food all over the floors and sticky tables and high chairs. The food was poor. Our chips tasted bitter and stale, our queso dip was gritty and sour tasting. Our child ordered a corn dog and the hotdog inside was moldy! When they brought us another one it was the same way, and they charged us for the kids meal. The staff were nice and the bathrooms were the cleanest space in the restaurant which is why I gave it a 2 star.

We went for their two for $25 special. We were given the menu showing two for $25. Ordered from that menu only later we received our bill that said we ordered a two for $35 meal. After checking the menu over, no place on the menu was the price two for $35 shown. But I showed the district manager, I believe it was, the two for $25 that was posted on that menu.

My steak way over done. The table next to ours had problems with their order as well. For what we spent, I’ll spend a fraction more and go to Texas Roadhouse.
