Had a fantastic meal here with a group of four friends! From start to finish, the food was absolutely on point.
What I Ordered:
Appetizer: Boneless Wings in Sweet Asian Chile sauce—perfect balance of sweet and heat.
Entrée: Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. That sizzling Cajun seasoning and blackened shrimp combo is a winner.
Drink: Watermelon Lime Rush. It’s a Red Bull-based mocktail that really gave me the energy boost I needed! ⚡
Dessert: Sizzlin’ Butter Pecan Blondie. The maple cream cheese sauce on that warm blondie is pure heaven.
The Experience:
The kitchen was efficient—everything came out hot and fresh in about 15 minutes. Our total came to $182.27, and since the service was so good, we were happy to leave a $52.00 tip. We even grabbed an extra order to-go for a friend!
The Atmosphere & Service:
The vibe is very sporty with games playing on every screen. Even if you aren’t a huge sports fan, the “scenery” at the restaurant makes it a great place to sit back and eat.
Our waitress was superb—super friendly and always there when we needed her. The only slight hiccup was the hostess initially sat us in a cramped, “crappy” booth, but we asked to move to a better table and it was smooth sailing from there.
Would definitely come back for that Blondie alone! ✌️

I visited Applebee’s this evening in White Marsh and the food, atmosphere and services rendered were awesome. I also have to give kudos to my waiter CLIFFORD, he was exceptionally upbeat, polite and attentive. He provided awesome customer service, I will definitely visit Applebee’s in White Marsh again…

Don’t go to this Applebee’s if your husband dies and you are alone. Once you manage to get seated. You wait and wait, other people come in get seated. They bring them plates, get them drinks and and start to take there order. I couldn’t get anything beyond being seated and handed a menu. I can’t rate the food because I couldn’t even get a drink. This Applebee’s means the White Marsh one there is nothing to dicuss, I was left un waited on, not even something to drink while people around me got drinks and to place an order

This was the worst experience I have ever been through at a restaurant. first I was in a party of 3 and we had a long wait when it wasn’t busy. Then when we finally got our table we ordered an appetizer that was fine. Then we ordered our entrees that never came out we waiting over a hour in a half for food THAT NEVER CAME !!! Then the server had the nerve to come to the table ask how is everything. WE HAD NO PLATES NOR ANY FOOD IN FRONT OF US. They totally forgot about us. AND DID I FORGET TO MENTION IT WASNT CROWDED/BUSY SO we just left. I will never come back again. PS AND THE DRINKS WAS TRASH !!!!

How disgusting this place is. I hate writing bad reviews but this is something everyone I think needs to see. Last night 1/16/26 we sat at the bar to have some drinks. Ordered some appetizers food came out fast but not hot. It was ehhh. Main problem was the bartender. I watched him stick his hands in drinks to pull out pieces of stuff. Pouring so fast working way too fast splashing liquids all of the place even got alcohol on my phone sitting on the bar. Absolutely disgusting watching how un sanitary this bartender was. The bar smelled like old food that had been sitting on the bar for a while. I will never be back here again. The health department shall make a visit here.

Today started off as a really great day. My family and I had just gone ice-skating and decided it would be nice to sit down and enjoy a meal together afterward, especially during the holiday season. Unfortunately, our experience at Applebee’s was extremely disappointing.From the start, our server was very unwelcoming. His attitude was bland, rushed, and not cheerful at all. I tried to brush it off at first, but he seemed quick to rush through our order and move on without really paying attention.When the food started coming out, we were told that everyone else’s meals were rung in as appetizers, so they came out first which I already found strange considering all I ordered was a chicken Caesar salad. Then the mistakes continued. I was first brought a Parmesan pasta that wasn’t mine. Shortly after, I was brought a chicken Alfredo, which also wasn’t my order. I informed the staff both times that the food was incorrect. By this point, about 30–45 minutes had passed, and everyone else at my table had finished eating while I still had no food. Nearly an hour later, I was tired, starving, and frustrated. I eventually asked them to cancel my order because I no longer wanted it. As a service member, I was really looking forward to simply enjoying a peaceful meal with my family during the holidays, and instead I left hungry and upset. I truly believe that if the server hadn’t been so rushed and dismissive, this situation could have been avoided.Customer service especially during the holidays should be warm and attentive. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today, and it’s something that really needs to be addressed.

My friends and I frequent this Applebee’s 1-2 times a month. Throughout our visits the food has been amazing, drinks taste good, and servers have been friendly. Trey has served us a few times and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we get everything we need. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because every time we come for the seasonal drinks they never look as advertised. For the Valentine’s drinks they were out of the gummy. For the St. Patty’s drinks we had to ask for the gold sugar rim for our second round of drinks. The drinks taste delicious especially for their price, but should be served as advertised if the ingredients to make it are available. Another unbeatable deal is the half-off appetizers after 9pm. We will definitely be back when the next seasonal drink rolls out, and hopefully they will be served as photographed!

Our food never came out we all order pasta. People that came in after us received their food before us. When the server came to our table he asked us how was everything we looked around like nothing ever came. He said he was going to check on the food but never came back to our table. We asked another server for the manager and he let us go without paying for our drinks

Felt bad for the server. She had to wait tables, the bar and make all the drinks. The $15.99 all you can eat deal sounds good but they make you wait forever. You can only order your next one after you finished your plate. Feel like I’m 10 years old at home. And they give you tiny portions. 2 riblets, 3 tenders and 5 shrimps. Ridiculous how they do it.
