Usually there is no complaint! I genuinely like it here but tonight I ordered a steak and yes I could be bugging but I don’t think I am. I cut my steak and went to eat it but when cutting it seemed harder then usual so I pulled it apart and saw this long thing dangling an I pulled it out and it looks like a worm. I genuinely don’t know what to do.

This location is always hit or miss and they’ve been a miss the last few times I’ve come. I always get a car side to go order. Today was the worst that it’s been. I had to call twice when I parked because no one answered the first time, even though I could see people standing around talking near the phone that was ringing. 3 waitresses to be exact and the restaurant was basically empty, it’s kind of late. I waited a few minutes then called again and one of them answered. Although the app said my food was ready 15 minutes ago, it took them 10 minutes to bring it out after the second phone call. I get my food but she forgot my drink. She brings the drink but no straw. At this point I’ve been waiting for almost 20 minutes so I just wanted to leave. I get home and there’s no utensils, no napkins and no condiments at all. (Usually there’s salt, pepper and A1 sauce for my steak. I get the same exact thing every time) To top it all off, my fries were stale safe to say tonight was my last time going to this location. I will gladly drive the extra 6 minutes to the location on churchmans rd from now on.

Applebee’s is pretty much exactly what you expect every time—consistent, casual, and an easy spot to take the family. It’s not where I’d choose for a date night, unless you just need a quick, inexpensive meal before heading to your real destination. Overall, it does what it’s supposed to do.

Was a good experience,very ambient and good service.
Had chicken tenders,wine and beer.
The only thing was we dined in little late asked for table for 2 but they had a wait time of 25 mins so ended up taking the bar but it seemed they had few seats.
But overall must visit for some chilling and relaxed night.

Really nice staff and food was made in a timely manner. I would suggest this location over others because they really helped with finding the right food.
The only thing I wood say that could’ve been better was my bun for my burger was burnt a little.

My family and I love this location. The staff are super friendly and welcoming even when they are busy with other tables. We usually make it in time for a late dinner after work(9pm-10:30pm), and they have been always helpful.
The Manager on duty (Christian) is awesome! His attentiveness and helpful makes our experience every time we visit amazing. We notice he is often on the floor helping out and running food out. It’s very refreshing to see it.
Food is always good, drinks amazing! We usually bring parties over 6 people, sometimes 4 people or just a pair for dinner. Even with the overwhelming numbers, they are quick to accommodate us.
10/10 would definitely recommend!

Over and over again they fail to include sauces that affect the entire meal. Extremely disappointing. Even paying extra for extra sauces no can’t get those either!!
