I travel a lot for work, and I eat in many chain restaurants. My visit to Applebee’s in Newtown, PA today was better than most. The food was hot and tasty, but the customer service is what really made this visit different. My server Kayla was prompt and took care of me without hovering. She gave me time to order and knew when to ask how things were going. The manager Gia stopped over and asked how the experience was going. Gia, as well, knew how to interact with customers and treat them more than just a bill. It was a great meal with nice conversation. I hope work brings me back to this area so I can come back to this location.

Manager Gerald had a warm friendly welcoming personality and made sure to check if our meal was going well. We then later found him to be a great corporate secret holder as he wouldn’t divulge the secret recipe for the absolutely delicious bourbon st chicken and andouille sausage meal that’s five star management right there. We walked out with full bellies feeling good however one less recipe for our dinner at home. We will come back again for another meal and another chance to get the recipe.

wonderful service and great food. It was a super busy Friday night and despite this, our food and drinks came out so fast and hot and delicious.
Our server, Gianna was so sweet and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The manager, Gia, took the time to introduce herself to us and made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Thank you Gianna, Gia and the rest of the staff for a wonderful dinner. By far the best applebees location in the area. We will be back!

Visited Applebees in Newtown after basketball practice. Granddaughters list this meal as one of their 3 favorites and they were not disappointed. The service was excellent and fast, Gerald visited our table and made sure all was well. The pretzels and the kids’ meals were delicious. We will be back!
