Have been here multiple times with family. Food is always incredible and staff is always nice. Never had a dirty table. We celebrated Mother’s Day here, 100% worth it. Shout out to the buff italian dude who’s always working when we come around.

Have never had a bad meal here! Prices are a little high for drinks. Wheels who is a manager and Bartender is awesome!! There is another waitress and bartender named Jess who always greats you with a smile and provides exceptional customer service.

Waitress was very nice and friendly and attentive. I decided to try the new bacon cheese burger that comes cut in half laying in a plate of queso and cheddar. It was good, but not my cup of tea. I prefer the regular bacon cheese with american, tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, catsup, and mustard. The fries were hot and crispy.

Service absolutely dreadful. The place was dead and still couldnt get any decent service. Stood at the hostess entrance for 10 min while the servers stared right at us and ignored us for that time. Then sat us finally and walked dead away without a drimk order or any courtesy at all. Another 10 min goes by and a server from the other side of the place finally comes over to take drimk orders. At that time also asks kd if there will be any appetizers or soup which the answer was no. 7 min later the first server that sat us finally gets around to coming back and tries to take our drink order. We explain someone else had stepped in to do her job. Then the drinks come there are 3 at the table that require straws the other drimk does not. We get 5 straws a huge stack of appetizer plates and a fistful of napkins and drink set papers. Just stacked on our table and once again walks away. So apparently your supposed to set your own table at applebees. Amd when you specifically say no to appetizers and soup you still get all the dishes and nonsense for them to clutter up your table. That was the first round. 2nd round of drinks was not even offered until the food came out, because we hadnt even seen the server again until then. Apparently getting your side work done, and closing up the place is much more important than good service and attentiveness. Meanwhile the other half of the staff sat 2 tables down and complained about management, lack of boyfriends and attention. And again the place is dead. Like zero reason to keep the two tables you do have, waiting on anything whatsoever. Fries came out cold, old and worthless. Not one plate or wrapper or napkin was ever taken off the table the whole meal. We had to use the table next to ours to unclutter the whole time. Absolutely embarrassing. Perfect example of this upcoming generation!. Pathetic, soft and dead wrong. Im embarrassed for you all. Merry Christmas

Used coupons we don’t realize were expired. Server took to checkout and manager was there. Red shirt and black hat with glasses. Said aloud “ not our faults they can’t read”. Extremely rude and unnecessary. Employee should be evaluated for inappropriate comments.

We ordered an appetizer which typically comes before your entree, but everything came out at the same time. My burger was crunchy and charred, fries were old and cold but the plate was very warm which I found odd. I ended up sending back half of my burger because it just wasn’t good. The table near us was also dirty and empty the entire time we were there. Definitely won’t be back.

My husband and I went out to dinner last night and I was blown away at how we were treated… the bartender was not even there when we sat down to greet us… And I believe she was a waitress came out and said “wow”and I quote ,”it’s a real rager out here” while we were eating our food! which they forgot my husband’s honey mustard…like how? our meals were very basic and simple which is okay. but they weren’t busy but they are human and humans make errors…which is okay. I’m not one to complain or sweat the small stuff… I really am not. but why I’m complaining is you don’t speak like that while someone is eating their food!!! And then the bartender responded back to her “yup!” “This is as good as it gets.” Referring to my husband and I… there was one other couple down from us. An that’s not all. Our burgers were burnt! I took pictures. I took a few bites and didn’t even want mine! Our buns were hard at the bottom! Jus ridiculous! I would NEVER GO BACK HERE FOR THE PRICE WE PAID AN THE FOOD WE GOT SERVED AN THE WAY WE GOT TREATED! And because I don’t complain much I have no clue how to put the pictures up of the burnt burgers or I would if someone couldn’t enlightened me on how to do that!?

Was with a larger group this time and the service was excellent! The waitress went above and beyond the expectation, even though it was a very busy Saturday night. Great food. The only complaint was the noise level, but with that much of a crowd it’s unavoidable.

Food is always great. Cannot go wrong with their 2 for 25 special. However had the sad luck if a sassy rude server that hated her job. Perhaps trying a differebt location would be key.
