I know it’s Applebees and I shouldn’t have high expectations but come on. I tried that new cheese burger that’s sits in the melted cheese, but the cheese came out so burnt and hard I couldn’t scrape it off with the metal fork lmao. Server was super nice though.

Excellent lunch experience in Applebee’s, I love this chain, quality food, delicious and filling. Tried an irresistible salad bowl, very delicious except little salty. Very good decoration. Must try place if you are hungry. Our experience makes much more better by Ms. Cindi, excellent service.

This was my first time visiting this location and it was a good experience. There was a bit of a wait to get a table but aside from that, the service was great and the food was fantastic. I ordered the Tex-Mex shrimp bowl and couldn’t have been happier. I’ll definitely be back!

Server seemed a little timid. Almost like he didn’t want to wait on us. Was he afraid? Why? It was a bit of a strange interaction.
Regardless, he was pleasant and prompt with food delivery and kept up with drink refills.
My food was great, no issues. My fiancée however had her blackened salmon Caesar salad absolutely drowned in dressing. She got to at least eat the salmon and the appetizers we had.
It was a quiet day, not many people in there which was nice. The booth we were at was clean and tidy. I had to scavenge some ketchup from another table but aside from that, we still had a decent day out together.
We used to go to Applebee’s in Mt. Pleasant quite a bit. If this is an example of the closest Applebee’s to our new home, maybe we will try some other restaurants out in the area or make the trip to MP instead.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and drink. After I got my meal I noticed on the table top kiosk that was a special deal for 12.99. When I got the bill I noticed I was charged full price, almost $20. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she told me that because I didn’t order it as the special that I don’t get the special price. She eventually had the price changed, but why was I charged full price when the special was being advertised on the table. Or, why didn’t the waitress mention the special? Most of the time I ignore the kiosk and move it so we have more room on the table and only use it to pay.

I ordered a large curb side pick up order. Both the chicken and beef nachos were without pico. The Mac n Cheese side for the chicken tenders platter was missing. I called the manager who offered to comp the missing items which was unacceptable. He agreed to have the oder remade so that everything would be hot and fresh because I had to drive there again. The 2nd try at the order was not much better. Both nachos were burnt. The buffalo sauce for the chicken tenders was missing. I appreciate the managers attempt to make things right. Unfortunately there is a problem with the kitchen making quality dishes with the correct ingrediants.

Waitress brought out our drinks and we had to wait 5 minutes for straws. Ordered our food with our beverages, 1 appetizer and 2 entrees. Waited 10 more minutes and she brings out the appetizer and 1 entree, I ask where the other entree was, she said oh I will be right back…comes back 5 minutes later and says oh they have to remake the other entree… And to top it off they never give me a spoon for my soup…we did get the other entree like 10 minutes later….I did not even want to tip, but my girlfriend did…I will never eat at this establishment again.

Food was okay nothing to brag about. Service was bad, we got sat quickly but waitress forgot to bring my husbands drink and then disappeared at the end of our meal and we stood there for 20mins waiting for someone to help us with out check. Won’t be returning until next year. Hopefully its better then.

We went for the two for 25 special. Flavor was wonderful though the steaks were overdone and tough, and husband’s Onion rings were greasy, which we paid extra for, unfortunately. They made it right by bringing us out replacement meals, which we brought home to eat later.
