Emily was an absolutely wonderful waitress during our visit to Applebee’s. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional throughout the entire meal.
Emily made sure our drinks were always filled, checked in at the perfect times, and made great menu suggestions. Her positive attitude and energy truly made the dining experience enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about providing great service.

Went with my family yesterday evening. Our waitress Ashley was absolutely terrible and had an attitude. We asked if we could upgrade the appetizer on the 2 for 25 to the combo, key word upgrade so we’d still pay the full price for the combo. she said “hmm no”. her service was awful and she lacked friendliness. to add to our experience the food was awful as well, portions were small for the appetizer. I ordered the bourbon chicken skillet, barely had any sauce or veggies on it, fries that came with were harder than a rock, i could beat them off the table and they wouldn’t break. asked waitresses for cup of the bourbon sauce to try and make the chicken taste better and she comes back with a cold cup of sauce for a HOT dish. won’t be back to this location again. morgantown applebees is phenomenal.

Just left and honestly had the worst experience. We asked for a booth and had a party of 5, they sat us at a booth for 4 people so we asked to be moved. After that the server was so abrasive and rude. She did not check on us once during the meal, didn’t even deliver our food, assuming the food runners did that and they were the only ones to ask us if we needed anything the entire time. Server didn’t introduce herself, just coldly asked us what we wanted in an almost military like fashion. We all felt super uncomfortable with how abrasive she was. We wanted to add food to our order but couldn’t because she just never came back except to give us drink refills when we were already done eating. This is the part that got me; I asked for a to go box and she reached back to the dirty table behind us AND GAVE ME AN UNUSED BOX LEFT ON THAT TABLE FROM A PREVIOUS PARTY. Like I know we’re in Uniontown but that was just disgusting. I just didn’t say anything and left my food behind. Don’t know the servers name but she was brunette with a tattoo of words on her arm. Definitely needs some training in customer service and way more training on how to be hygienic.

Stopped in for dinner tonight. Stacie our waitress was awesome, the manager was great and hostess fun. We had a really nice time. Definitely stop in for some good food and great service.

Had a hour wait which was fine but when we got to our table, we sat for almost a half hour with no drinks or anybody coming to ask if we needed anything. Finally another server came over and noticed then offered to serve us. I spoke with a manager but still feel unsatisfied with what happened. The serve who was suppose to help us passed by our table 5 times and never stopped. I won’t ever come here again
