I gave atmosphere one star because we had pick up but I’ve been in the restaurant the atmosphere is very good .This was Father’s Day this year 2025. It was very good. I think if they would’ve cooked the chicken a little longer it probably would’ve been dry but it was very delicious. my Husband had the rib platter. He said it was very good and my daughter had the shrimp. It was very good too.

Our recent visit to Applebee’s was pretty disappointing. Our server seemed distracted, and we waited a long time for drinks my tea sat at the bar for about 10 minutes. The whole dinner ended up taking almost two hours, which felt way too long.
We even had to ask a manager for boxes because we couldn’t get our server’s attention. I understand places get busy, but the wait times for simple things were frustrating. The food was very good though. Hoping it was just an off night.

Took my mom to Applebee’s, and we had a great experience. We ordered the chicken wonton tacos and chicken quesadilla, and both dishes were delicious. The wonton tacos were crispy with a perfect balance of flavors, and the chicken quesadilla was cheesy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. My mom absolutely loved the food.
The service was excellent. The lady who served us was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food arrived quickly and was fresh. Overall, a great dining experience with tasty food and top-notch service. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

My initial hesitation to dine at Applebee’s again, based on a previous less-than-stellar experience, was quickly dispelled during my recent visit. Despite a crowded entrance and a brief wait time of less than 10 minutes, the energetic and attentive service from our waitress set a positive tone for the evening.
While their cherry Pepsi fell flat, her recommendation of blueberry lemonade more than made up for it. Both of us were pleased with our salads—mine being perhaps the best Caesar I’ve had, and my companion enjoying a ranch dressing comparable to Eat’n Park’s.
The atmosphere was lively, albeit a bit noisy, but our entrees arrived promptly and were deliciously hot and flavorful. My 3-cheese Mac with sesame chicken lived up to my cravings, while my companion’s chicken tenders and seasoned fries were also commendable.
Despite minor hiccups like a crowded entrance and one disappointing beverage, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, owing much to the exceptional service and satisfying food. Applebee’s has now become my go-to place for pasta dishes and chicken tenders, and it comes highly recommended.

Everyone here is so friendly. I’ve never had any issues with my food coming out, the servers listen to you and will talk with you. And honestly the boneless wings are so good! They are my favorite thing to get and I come here just for them specifically which works because they have 1/2 price appetizer deals at certain times. I always have a great time when I come here.

Don’t order from here off of any apps. They will lose your order OR they won’t even make your order and will instead continue to turn drivers away instead of looking up the order in their system and having it made. I called after 5 drivers were sent to pick up my order only to be told that they did not have my order. It makes no sense that an order is placed and paid for, but you guys don’t have it. Please do better. The last time I ordered here before, and actually got my food, the chicken wonton tacos were so soggy they were falling apart, and they beyond poorly packaged. The four cheese Mac and honey chicken tenders didn’t even include the breadstick, which always came with it before. This restaurant is incredibly low quality with high prices, and they try to rob people by not giving them their order!

So we arrived on Friday, July 12th, I’m still sitting in my booth as I’m posting this. But we got seated 22 minutes ago. Not been asked if we’d like something to drink, not been asked about appetizers etc. As I’m sitting here I’m watching your waitresses sitting around at a table and on their phones. This is not how I expect my customer service when I’m going out to eat and we normally tip very well. I even had to delete my review from months ago because the service WAS extremely amazing at that time. And as I’m typing this they are watching TV, at least 3 of the waitresses. That’s ridiculous, I work in management, and that’s unexceptable. I don’t care if the sections changed, I don’t care what you want to do. You got plenty of time to watch TV at home and hang out with people when your off of work. Shouldn’t be catching slackers like this.

The food was surprisingly exceptional for a chain. Tender chicken, tasty burgers, great fries! If you need to eat some good American fare, for a reasonable price— this is the place. I assume any Applebees will do. Menu was ample. The service was a bit off on my visit. Had to ask for ranch dressing 3x. Was quick service otherwise. Typical chain atmosphere. Lives up to its advertising…which is rare.

We came in for Happy Hour pricing of Boneless Chicken Wings with Garlic sauce and Sweet Asian sauce (both on the side). Amazing for fast food. Once in a while we just do it. This restaurant location was exceptionally clean, service was very good. We sat at the bar… the atmosphere was a good Applebee’s family bar vibe.
