Stopped by Applebee’s for a casual dinner and had a good overall experience. The food was hot, flavorful, and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and attentive, even during a busy time. It’s a solid spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family without breaking the bank. Would definitely come back

They tried to charge us for three beers we never ordered — especially strange since earlier they brought out three beers and told us they were on the house. On top of that, our bill included a few dishes that we ordered but were never actually served.
The Bourbon Street Steak and the Blackened Cajun Salmon were swimming in grease. The presentation also looked very different from the photos on the menu, which was disappointing.
There were some other issues as well: no vase or bucket available for flowers (we had to run to Target next door to buy one ourselves), not everyone received utensils, and the food took a very long time to come out.
There’s a code required to use the restroom, but the keypad on the door isn’t obvious and no one tells you the code. I ended up standing there for a long time thinking it was occupied.
On the positive side, the place is kid-friendly, and a few of the dishes that weren’t overly greasy were actually tasty.

My experience today was okay. It was busy. The server forgot my chicken wontons and then served them cold. The hostess made our experience from okay to great. From greeting us at the door and being attentive to all customers entering the restaurant. Dorisol was multitasking and moving around the restaurant quickly and efficiently. I wasn’t going to write a review, but I was impressed. Thank you Dorisol. I give your hard work 5 stars.

We waited 45 mins to an hour for a burger and, wings. The burgers came out, the wings whoch was an appetizer came out after. The buffalo sauce was dry on it as if it was just sitting there for a long time

I rarely have a bad experience and I rarely dislike an experience. The food was good but the wait time for the food was just ridiculous. Everything took about an hour to come out so the appetizers didn’t feel like appetizers anymore. The chicken tenders and fried shrimp came out at the same time as the steak which took over an hour. Even our drinks took so long to arrive which were just water and Pepsi. Service overall was really bad. Our waitress Jahzaria was sweet and did her best but the place is clearly heavily understaffed. Definitely not a smooth experience.

Horrible horrible horrible. For one, they took 25 minutes to take my tables’ order. When we finally got a waitress, the waitress next to her asked her why she’s at our table because it’s hers, she said she was told to take care of us. Mind you, she saw us and never came to take our order but serviced the people that came after us in the table behind us. We never got a cup of water like other restaurants would do. Our food took so long- not only was there a hair on the burger- but my friend never got her salad which was on the bill by the way. We also got charged 3 drinks. All this time we had to look for random workers to help us because our waitress was on the other side which we assume was her tables. When my friend got home and wanted to eat her leftovers, we were appalled to see that the chicken was still pink inside. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had and the first time I’ve had to leave 0% tip.

A friend and I stopped in for happy hour but the tables near the bar where you can normally sit for happy hour wasn’t available due to lack of staffing and this wasn’t the first time I heard this but this time they were not flexible only stating the bar was only available for happy hour when there wasn’t any seating for anyone there. A group of four was very annoyed and left. So they lost customers instead of just placing them at a regular table. We just ordered something light. Server was personable but had a lot of tables to serve. You can’t go there if you are not patient.

Always a memorable experience. Great prices for happy hour and great weekly specials for you and the family. Let’s talk about a lively welcoming bar with interactive bartenders. Last weeks highlight goes to my bartender and server Anessa, must have been top of her bartending class cause her drink making skills definitely on point, you won’t know it’s a happy hour drink until you see the bill the taste gives full price vibes. Leon the manager masters customer service skills as he is always accommodating with a humble spirit to hear you complaints or your compliments. He deserves that title with top rank status. Then you have the front line face of your entrance Dorisol, this young lady is the hostess with the mostest. She gives off the most welcoming energy, very attentive constantly smiling and from my observation no matter how busy the restaurant gets even as she extends a helping hand to her team with table seating and setting she never misses a customers entry. I frequent this location at least twice a month and my review is based on many different experiences here.

This place is garbage. The food is mediocre. The service is worse than the food. Waitress forgot parts of the order. Drinks weak. People who actually like this have zero standards. And 20 dollars for a salad bag with a chicken strip on it is egregious.
