Food was great! Love the new Items on the menu. I’d rather not hear the waitress complain about a tip she received from a group of high school kids.
She received a tip. They could have left a napkin.
Most High school kids aren’t aware you work for tips.

It’s a great place to get a comfortably priced meal. Loved their ribeye and mashed potatoes. Broccoli was a bit overcooked but not a big deal. Joyce was my server and was wonderful! Love when I can pamper myself with a meal and have great service on top of that!!

I have been a frequent customer to this Applebees, usually it’s fine. Sure maybe a little wait on some days but usually the waitresses and waiters are pretty good.
However the last couple of times I have come here it’s been like a hangout session for these staff members then actually being on top of their tables. Appetizers and Food comes out after sitting on the hot plate for 20 mins, and then I get it semi warm/cold. It’s like I see my waitress for 2 seconds and then they’re gone for 30 mins.
Last night was probably the worst I’ve had, my party walks in, greeted by the host and sat almost right away. Perfect, off to a great start. The waitress comes over with in the first 5 mins, awesome got our drinks in and an appetizer. 20 mins goes by and we finally got our drinks, 2 sodas and 2 drinks from the bar, which was weird to me. Another 10 mins goes by and we finally got our appetizer. Still have no plates/forks. So now we have been here for about 40 mins and have only received the drinks and app, since everything was taking longer I tried to put in the entrees when the drinks came out. However another 20 mins goes by and again we finally get our other app that comes with the 2 for 25. At this point we have now been here for an hour and some change. Another 20 mins goes by and no one has come up to us in a while. But the other tables around us are getting served food, even after sitting after we got there. So my husband goes up to the manager and just gives her the understanding that everything food wise we have received has been pretty cold, and now we have waited almost another 30-40 mins for our entrees, even though we put them in when the drinks came out. The manager tells him she will try and see what’s going on. Manager disappears and what do you know here comes our waitress with 1 of the 3 entrees, and we are told the other ones will be out soon… so now we have one of the entrees. The only thing hot on the plate was the fries. The entire chicken sandwich was cold and felt like it sat on the hot plate for a while. Manger finally comes out after maybe 5 more mins with the other two entrees. She puts the down, and my husband lets her know “hey listen the sandwich is cold now” and kind of goes back into the timing issue of everything. She then looks at us and goes “well sorry your entrees took 15 minuets.” I’m sorry huh???? Ma’am. I now chime in and say “why was the comment necessary?” Because we all know it hasn’t been 15 mins and the only thing that came out fresh was the two plates the manager came out with and I’m assuming it’s because she wanted it fresh because we were asking about the times and how the food has been cold and old. So now she apologized and told me she didn’t mean it any way, she was just letting me know. I let her know that if it was only 15 mins we wouldn’t of have complained or got her involved, and that it truly doesn’t matter about the minuets because if a customer has a concern the last thing you want to do is rub in their face that you believe they were being “dramatic”. So now she apologizes and leaves to go check the time punches of all the food. And what do you know, guess what wasn’t just “15 mins”. So she comes back a second time and lets us know she comped the bill and that she really apologized for the way the time comment came out to us.
I told her I understand I thanked her but I let her know that as a manager making me feel stupid as a customer was crazy. She then re-iterated now getting a little louder with me she didn’t mean the comment in any way. I cut her off and told her it’s ok , thank you for comping everything it wasn’t necessary we could have paid, but thank you for trying to save the customer.

Listen. It’s Applebees. I get it. But it’s still a food establishments. I know every night is not going to go to plan. Food is gonna be late. It’s going to get busy. But when a customer raises concerns about something they are going through for their personal experience, it should be fixed and done with. I prob won’t go back.

as some of you may know from my profile I frequently visit diff Applebees wherever I am and have a craving for my favorite pasta , my experience tonight was upsetting , the server was calm and welcoming took our orders timely and brought us out our appetizers with good timing I’m usually relaxed waiting cuz I’m in my comfort zone , but when my meal came out the food was cold as if it was already sitting for a bit I tried not to be so concerned or pay it to much attention as I was really hungry so I ate it anyway , my noodles were over cooked and the chicken was severely charred , half way through I asked my husband how his meal was and thought it was just my plate , but he couldn’t get through his pasta at all ; I want to thank him the server for taking care of things as best as he was able I appreciated that , but I will not be returning to this location it needs a much improved staff (kitchen)

Our Server Kim was great! We go to an Applebees in every town we visit and this has been the best one by far. Kim is a fantastic person and an amazing server! We will be back and will be requesting her every time!

Everything is pretty good here! Got the new grilled cheese burger…. good but cheese wasn’t melted!!! Half prices apps are the best deal. Good prices too, overall good but def went downhill throughout the years. Covid ruined everything!!

Been here several times, so I figured to take the time for a review. I got a Bacon burger . Pros of visit- Burger tasty good , like the $1 wings , Lou was very polite and attentive, they cleaned tables and seats well. Cons – the smell , the floors not vacuumed, the burger was small with little toppings. Would of given 5 stars otherwise. Would still recommend. Just at the before dinner time . Later , quality gets lower .

I agree with the others that stated that the food and service here is terrible unfortunately it is.
1st let start with. The greeter gave my daughter the child menu without crayons. Didnt say they had none. I had to ask…and they said they was out. Ok…
Next, we ordered our daughter’s food 1st because kids at times take a while to eat. Her food came out super quick. We ordered her a child’s Mac n cheese with a dessert of yogurt. That’s how the menu is set up. Her dinner and dessert came out on the SAME PLATE. (1st strike) Why….would you put steaming hot Mac and cheese on a plate with yogurt. WHEN is that ok..????? Needless to say…in the few moments it sat there it began to liquefy. Watery.
Next, I ordered the Blacken Salmon dinner. And my husband ordered the endless wings dinner. Our food came out timely. But not good. My Salmon on the menu was supposed to be a 6 oz portion it was a good 4 ozs. A scoop of mashed potatoes and a small 1/2 cup of broccoli. On a dirty plate. It was enough food to feed my 6 years old tiny daughter.. At $20 a dinner. Why would you serve me a child size plate. It was so small the WHOLE DINNER fit in a dessert container. I didn’t eat one bite…not one.(see attached photo)
But wait….there’s more.
My husband’s plate came out with 8 little nuggets and a few fries….After he finishes that. He ordered a refill. They bought him out 5 nuggets and a few fries after waiting 12 minutes for the refill…They were small fried nuggets like u would get from Chick-fil-A..but worse.
Stay away if you want a great family dining experience with family. The food was terrible and the front staff was inattentive and entertained each other…So much…They even had Uno playing cards at the first table coming in. They don’t care and there service showed. Corporate needs to coming in and inspect. This has to be one of the worst APPLEBEE’S I’ve ever been to… it is terrible.. and the food lacks in interest. If I could give them a Zero I would…it’s that bad.

I ored my food asked for two bacon cheese burgers. VERY WELL DONE
NO ONIONS ON ANYTHING! BUT OF CORSE THERE BE ONIONS ON THE burgers I said I am very allergic to ONIONS! And to boot there was a red hair in the package. I also ordered two waffle fries and two orders of boneless boneless wings hot and honey.
