Ordered take-out, got it home, opened it & wondered what the heck happened to the fries. The burger was fine, but the fries, you have got to be kidding me. Fries are fairly cheap, heap them on.
Where is the quality control & where are the managers who should be inspecting this before it goes out. I’ve seen this type of action at a couple of “drive-thrus” b/c its too late once you get home. It seems like the employees just don’t give a rats arse. IMHO of course.

I’ve been coming here several weeks for football sundays with my friend. The food is always tasty, service is great, and it’s a good deal. Today I had what may be one of the best burgers I’ve had from a sit down causal chain like Applebees. It was cooked perfect with a nice grizzle on the outside, served with very good bacon. So good I had to take a picture to share with friends. It was also an unbeatable value with the $9.99 meal deal (burger, unlimited fries and drink).

I’ve been here a few times throughout the years and it has always been a good experience. I pretty much always get delivery at this point, but the inside of the space is clean and has a great energy whenever I walk in to pick up my food. I went in today after a while of not going and just have to say that the customer service is top-notch. My food is ready when they say it’s going to be ready. The only reason why I waited was because I added a coffee to my order when I arrived, but my food was ready. While that employee went and got my coffee every single Applebee’s employee that passed me, asked me if I was being helped. They were all kind even while going fast pace. Gail was specifically lovely.

Ordered take out thru Grub Hub. 8oz sirloin w Cesar salad &garlic mash. W onion rings as an appetizer. Everything had a weird chemical taste to it. Onion rings had no flavor, not even salted, just oily chemically taste. Just a disappointment. Ordered steak medium, was cooked ok, but that’s only positive, other than it came fast. Ate 2 onion rings, 1/4 of the steak 1/4 of the salad. Spent over $50. Very disappointing.

Great service and nice atmosphere for a family dinner! Loved the Christmas decor, fun themed drinks, courteous manager, and a very welcoming host! Courtney was our server and she was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience!

Let me start out by saying that I worked at Applebees 20 years ago as a server and had no illusions about the food quality. But, my nine year old so really wanted to go there for mommy’s birthday, so we went.
To clear the air, the service was wonderful. Our waitress was so very kind, professional and fast. The manager was even so sweet as to attempt to answer my son’s inquiry as to origin of name “Applebees”. These people deserve metals and raises.
The food now. Well the appetizer platter was actually ok. But our entrees literally made us sick. I was gonna describe our meal, but uhhh… a nagging cricket on my shoulder kept saying “what did you expect?” Well I used to get a decent burger back when worked there and the fries were not limp greasy nonsense. Now the fries are gross. All and all from my burger to my son’s chicken fingers to the birthday girls chicken parm Alfredo we went home unhappy with bloated tummies. We even put off eating her birthday cake until tomorrow on account of our gastrointestinal discomfort.
We will never be back. Most folks work hard for their money and now and days there isn’t a lot of extra of it sitting around. You shouldn’t make people feel sick from eating your food.

Sat at the bar for my free veterans dinner and was treated with kindness and respect. My server Kalie was great polite and quick with my food drinks and overall service. It was also a pleasure that the manager Erica came by to ask how everything was.

It’s always good service and Erica, the manager, is around and checking to make every guest is happy with everything. And Kali, the bartender, was amazing!!! It was Veterans Day and she was so busy but was so fast with service!!! Very impressed!!!!

Been here twice, won’t be returning if it was the last place open. Have been to many Applebee’s, never have I had such bad food, service and experience. Food was some how way over salted and pasta severely over cooked. 2 times dealt with the same manager who tried gaslighting saying the food comes pre prepared so there’s no way anything is wrong with it. Also sent back a pina colada that had an over powering lime flavor, again told me it’s a mix and I must not know how pina coladas are made. When offered to adjust off the bad meal, it was still not adjusted properly and the servers were no where to be found.
Avoid, go to mamas across the way or something else.
