The manager was very friendly and held genuine conversations with guests. Our waitress was very friendly and understanding of us having small children and got us taken care of quickly! Our 6 month old tried her first French fry and our 5 year old said the pizza was the best food he has ever had! Thank you all and God bless you!

Went there for dinner tonight and had the Fiesta Lime Chicken. Had before and this time it just wasn’t the same. The rice changed. I found the rice not moist bit a lil on the hard side. Did Applebee’s change the rice recipe with this dish? If so, please go back to its original recipe. On a positive side, waitress Sarah was awesome! Great attitude.

It’s been over 20 yrs since I’ve eaten at Applebee’s, I was never a big fan of the restaurant’s food but loved the salad bar they used to have. My daughter got to choose where we went and she picked this restaurant, she ate here with her aunt prior. Boneless tenders for apptz were great. My daughter loved her 6oz steak, I decided to try the fiesta lime chicken with melted cheese & Mexican rice. It was OK but the sauce on top of chicken was too much for my liking & my rice was hard, 1 bite was enough. I’ll def give the restaurant a try again, maybe order something like a burger or chick sandwich. I brought my meal home to my 20 yr old son and he ate it all up & said it wasn’t bad.
This is the reason I’ll be giving them another try again…….
They had a group of people from Special Olympics & 2 police officers there doing a fundraising spin game for a $1 donation and you win the prize you land on. I REALLY loved that they did this and my daughter was so interested in trying it out, she thought that was fun and different. We did it twice and got two $5 off coupon for next visit, i did not see other options but i think free dessert was another. THAT’S EXACTLY WHY I’LL GO BACK AND TRY IT AGAIN! Supporting businesses helping others!

Dropped in for a quick bite and found that they were offering a Special Deal on a Hamburger or Chicken Sandwich meal. For $9.99 you get the sandwich, fries and a drink. Not bad, so I tried the Big Classic Bacon Cheese Burger with fries and a soda. The fries were average, but the Hamburger was so much better than I expected! The burger was indeed big, very juicy and grilled perfectly… Really! And they didn’t scrimp on the bacon, cheese and other fixings! It was really quite delicious! The Pepsi drink had an unpleasant aftertaste, so I switched it out for a Sprite with no problem. Everything considered, it was a good meal for a great price. —I definitely recommend this meal deal while it lasts. Also to be noted, the meal can be upgraded for a few dollars more.
I also wanted to mention Falyn B., my Server. She was great! —Very upbeat, pleasant, attentive and kind! Her cheerfulness was so refreshing and a true delight!
So let’s see…. In a nutshell, this family style restaurant is one that I would recommend. It’s not fancy, but good food, reasonable prices, excellent service and a casual dining experience is definitely on the Menu!
PS. A Must Try! —> The Bourbon Mushroom Swiss Burger! SO GOOD!!! And so glad they put it back on the Menu!

We came here to experience the O-M-Cheese Burger and it did not disappoint! It may seem like it’s a gimmick, but it was not that at all! We got the 2 for $25 and it was well worth it! We left the table full and content! Well done Applebee’s!

We used to enjoy going to this Applebees, but tonight was our last bad experience we care to deal with at this location. 11/9/25, 7:30 pm. Only two other tables had customers. We asked to sit to the left in a booth, but we couldn’t because it was closed due to lack of staff (understandable). She (host w blond hair and lip piercing, we did not get her name) proceeds to take us to the other side of the restaurant through the bar area to seat us next to the window in a booth behind a customer with her two kids. We asked to be seated just one booth away to put space between us so the kids would not be tempted to stand up and interact with us so the Mom would not have to deal with that. The host said “um No because that section is closed too”. So we had to sit right behind the kids, and sure enough, they stood up to interact with us with toys and crayons in hand. So if another customer came in would they be told there are no seats left, and all sections are closed now?? A waitress/er could not take two more steps to the next booth to serve us?? Didn’t make sense other than an immature control tactic it felt like. To top it off, we sat there for awhile with no one coming over so we got up and left. Only TWO other booths with customers were there. We went to Red Arrow Diner down Loudon Road 2 minutes, and had great, friendly service and food! They even gave us a complimentary pie to take home as a Veterans Thank You! Worked out better for us, but this Applebees is a no go for us now.

Place needs DESPERATE help. Employees just hanging out cutting the carpet or on their phones no doing anything of value . Good was SOO SLOWWW and trash nobody was there and they still got the order wrong. Server jumped on the wrong order like a hobo on a hma sandwich to “take it back” id imagine to go eat it in the back I’d be shocked if ot lasts another year place is a JOKE
