Steak char tasted horrible like dirty grill unfortunately inedible. The Mac and cheese with ziti noodles tasted like it was sitting in re used pasta water way too long and was slime. The Boneless wings were the only thing that was good besides the dip, but the dip consistency was too watery.

Went there to celebrate bday as I was having a not so good day, so me & a family member went as I wanted to try something new. I quickly could tell the hispanic server wasn’t happy to be there. Yeah she gave a few smiles but that’s when bringing our order & later saying she was leaving soon
Anyways I told her it was my bday from beginning, she didnt say happy bday (let it slide) & I thought when she was bringing our to go order she would’ve brought the bday treat but Nope. Even before she left 3 others had a bday treat & the servers were friendly. Should’ve not left her 15% tip. Did tell another server of situation & he got me the treat. Pic is 14.99 deal just that the wanton tacos couldve had improved taste

Went there in the evening, 2 hours before closing. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to notice we were standing there, waiting to be seated, and it wasn’t even busy. The servers and bartenders could easily see us standing there; no one acknowledged us at all or even informed us that someone would be with us shortly. When someone finally arrived, more people started coming in and waiting at the door. Then, the server who seated us had nothing to say, except to mention how long we had until the kitchen closed. I requested a minimal amount of ice in my drink; instead, they brought it to my table filled with ice, saying that was the best they could do. I had to get an empty cup to remove the excess ice from my drink, even though I had asked for a minimum amount. Finally, when I saw a gentleman dressed as if he could be the manager cleaning a table next to mine, I said, “Oh, there goes a manager.” He replied, “Yes, I’m the manager,” and kept going without asking if there was anything I needed to discuss with him. I’ve been to many Applebee’s. This one does NOT have good customer service. The only positive aspect of that night was the server, Erick; he was friendly, attentive, and had a lovely smile.

I will give a 100% honest review. This is my third visit to them. So I’m adding the recent experience.
We were seated quickly. The waitress Mandy asked if we wanted something to drink. Drinks came quickly. When we said we were ready to order she took our orders.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger off their NFL menu.(now I ordered this the same way wherever I go and eat a burger) she asked how I wanted it cook. I told her, and said I would only like extra cheese, ketchup and Mayo and of course the bacon. She informed me that I can the condiments and she would bring me the Mayo. My daughter ordered the bacon Mac and cheese minus the bacon. Mandy said sure no problem. We also ordered our appetizers. As we were waiting a woman who seemingly knew the waitress(due to their lengthy personal conversation) had ordered her food several Minutes after us. Shortly after the woman at the bar received her food and we were surprised that we had not. The waitress said something to the chef, who then went back to make our food.
We started to receive ours apps (which were great!) then came our meals.
Problem 1- bacon in the Mac n cheese, chef said he would take it back and remake without.
Problem-2 my burger had some type of hot spicy sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion. When the chef came back with the Mac n cheese he seen me wiping the sauce off the bacon and bread and offered to make a new one. I declined. But said thank you. Then he said he would give us $20.00 off our order for the inconveniences. We thanked him again.
Now here is my biggest problem. #3- Mandy felt it was important to tell me that that’s how the burger came and I didn’t tell her not to put hot sauce, I corrected her, and I reminded her “cheeseburger with ONLY xtra cheese, ketchup and Mayo and of course the bacon”!
My opinion. Is if she wasn’t rushing through our order to keep conversing with her friend at the bar, she might have gotten that right.
She did apologize and brought containers and a bag and left them on the table. ♀️ felt like we were being rushed to leave at this point. And as we were starting to put away our delish meal, the chef came back with 2 plates with lava cake and ice cream! We were not expecting that and it made our trip worth it. He didn’t have to nor was expected to but he made everything right!
That chef was the BEST!
And the waitress was doing better as well. Maybe a hectic day idk, but all turned out well.

Had a great experience at Applebee’s! Miracle was absolutely amazing—so hardworking, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was excellent; the burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the wings were tasty and cooked just right. Overall, great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back—thank you, Miracle, for making it such an enjoyable visit!

Friendly place, with a comfortable atmosphere. The menu choice was good. The staff, prompt and attentive. The food was good and tasty. Not high cuisine, but that’s not what we wanted. Very pleasant experience.

Love the decor, our server I believe was Jimmy, super nice and helpful. Food was delicious as always, love Applebee’s. DEFINITELY recommend the brew pub pretzels. (Sorry forgot to take the pictures before we started eating we were super hungry) The steak was good I devoured it before the picture lol

Natalie is a great server! She’s good at her job, very professional while maintaining a friendly relationship with guests. She is very quick at serving, and is polite when speaking to others.

Took daughter for her birthday. Sat down at 6pm and placed our order. One burger with green beans, two steaks (medium) with green beans, and chicken with green beans. Our drinks were delivered within 5 minutes and that was the last we heard from our waitress. One hour later, we asked the manager what was going on, and he didn’t have a clue. He checked in with the kitchen, disappeared for a few minutes, came back our and said that it SHOULD be a few more minutes. I don’t think they even placed our order. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I will never go back there again. My daughter was so upset. We had to order take-out. I can’t review the food quality, because we didn’t get any.
