It was pretty busy this evening. Zach was an excellent server—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He kept us well informed throughout the meal and made sure we had everything we needed. His engaging conversation added a personal touch that truly enhanced our experience.

Went for dinner, did the 2/$25 entre’ deal basically you get a free appetizer in the deal which was good. Food cooked as requested and served hot. The waitress may not have name exactly right but Audey was extremely friendly and helpful, great visit overall!

I came in as a party of 7, one baby – 4 children and two adults. We were told 15 minute wait. A party of 6 walked in after us and was seated immediately. Strange behavior because the baby just needed a high chair. After awhile they sat us. We ordered sprite, I took one sip and informed the waitress we had soda water and they needed to change their syrup. She asked if I wanted something else I said no I would just wait for the syrup to be changed and take another sprite. She looked at me like I had three heads and said she would tell someone else. 20 minutes go by and we get our apps, whoever dropped them off asked if we needed refills, I explained I was waiting for a new drink already because the syrup was out. She left and came back apologetically with fresh drinks. Food was below average, Cajun pasta was so spicy it was inedible. Sweet Ribs were spicy, burger was cooled and stuck to the sizzle platter. Fries tasted like you were licking a salt block. Waste of a night out, a shame because we were celebrating two birthdays today. Oh – as we were leaving some waitresses charged through all of us with the nastiest look on her face. Serious lack of respect for any patron here by the staff. I’ll come back for half priced apps at the bar, maybe. Never again for a family meal.
Edited to add a star: The management did reach out to address concerns of mine and offered a gift card. While I did not expect this – it is appreciated. Hopefully staff will be trained on these issues and will have a better experience when we try again.
Edited again: Tried again, 2/20/26. I sat alone at the bar for half priced apps and a drink, spinach dip came out cold and I sent it back to be microwaved more, buffalo chicken came out with a massive pile of sauce on the plate, thanks for pouring the whole bowl out on my plate. Motz sticks were good. Drink was weak, made it a double and then it tasted like anywhere else but was a $25 drink at that point.

We ordered bone in garlic Parmesan wings.. we got boneless garlic Parmesan wings… my husband ate a boneless chicken and we realized all the chicken were completely raw. Make sure you cut into the chicken before you bite into it!

Food was fair. Chicken was standard breast with some kind of sauce, however Cajun seasoning was not apparent. Ribs were dry and lacking much meat. Fries were luke warm.
Service was lacking follow-up to see if everything was OK until well into the meal. Also sat with an empty drink; when I was finally asked if I wanted another we were wrapping up eating.
Server told us who the manager was when we were seated for some reason, and if I ever saw that person I would have mentioned some of these issues.

I love this Applebee’s, its my go to for dinners out with my girlfriend. We usually get a meal each and some drinks and we always spend just under $60 depending on how much we drink.
I go almost weekly now to try and catch their happy hour after I get off shift. Speaking of work, I also do the pest control for this location which gives a huge boost to my confidence in the cleanliness of the food and drink prep areas.
I highly recommend this location if youre going to choose an Applebee’s, pick this one!

Went out to lunch Sunday, 8/24, Our waitress, Alex was wonderful and very attentive. The meal for sure earned it’s review, best meal I have had out in years. I ordered the Steak Shrimp Parmigian, medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection. Great price, 4 adults with appetizer, out the door for under $100 before tip. We will definitely return when visiting the area. Also spoke with the manager who was very “Present,” friendly, and accommodating, continuously helping the staff. Thanks for a great dining experience, hard to find these days.
