Checked this place out for a late breakfast on a Saturday. Loved the airy space, ton of light, well done modern finish and design. Pleasantly surprised by the drip coffee, I usually don’t comment if the coffee is forgettable but worth noting here. I ordered their beet benny expecting the typical heavy breakfast, but out came just right size portions with a nicely executed arugula salad with crunchy root veg spears, maybe rutabaga or jicama? They cook the bacon to crunch here, which I love but some people like chewy, so keep that in mind. The cocktails at the next table looked beautiful, I would definitely sample if I were in a boozy mood. All in all, recommend!

Come here for a relaxed vibe and friendly, fast service. The Streak Frite is phenomenal; the meat is tender and you can even add on braised rib to your French onion soup for an upscale twist on a classic. Don’t forget dessert. You won’t regret the extra calories.

This is my second stay at the Hyatt Centric and both times food/drink have been amazing. I love the N/A drinks. My husband ordered the Chai Old Fashion… the flavors are perfect! Highly recommend. Our Server MJ was very polite will definitely be returning.

The Caesar salad and Paloma made a perfect pairing for a delicious dinner. The portion sizes were just right, and the flavors were spot on. I’ll definitely be dining at Apple Blossom again!

A great spot! I had French onion soup (add the short rib), it was phenomenal. MJ recommended the carrot cake which was a great finish. It also happens to be gluten free. Service was attentive and friendly as well

This restaurant was awesome! The food and vibes were great. Our server was really sweet and attentive throughout the meal. After we finished eating, she came back to let us know the kitchen had apparently made a mistake with one of our dishes—even though we hadn’t noticed anything wrong, and it still tasted great! To make up for it, they brought out a second one on the house, which was a really nice gesture. We left the dinner stuffed, happy, and really impressed with the service.

Very nice place for dinner, happy Hour, or getting something on your own. The Brussel sprouts were exactly what you’d hope for, so tasty with great accompaniments. The French onion soup was delicious and they give a lot of braised short rib on top for just $3 extra! I would eat here again.

Very upscale casual restaurant with view of busy downtown streets. Basil lemon drop drink was great.
There is a 4% kitchen surcharge “in an effort to bridge the gap in wages between our service staff and kitchen employees.”

In Denver for a conference and was looking for a place to have a quick lunch meeting. Of course all the restaurants really close to the convention center were totally booked. Chose this restaurant because it had reservations during our lunch break. What a pretty hotel restaurant! We both got the beet salad (cause conference dining is always so heavy) and it was so delicious and just perfect. If I have a chance to come back, I also really wanted the French onion soup. Cocktails looked great – but it was lunch.
