Sat in the drive-thru behind other vehicles for almost 10 minutes before finally driving around to order inside. They said “Yeah, sometimes our speaker doesn’t work.” No apology. Mixed up/missing orders, slow order prep, and a very lackadaisical approach to all observable food service processes. Floor mats were rolled up in front of the order register, and someone had started mopping but never came back. The place smelled like mop water, and they were soaking soda dispenser accessories by the napkins and condiments. This brand usually has some decent food, but this location seems to take no pride in customer service or cleanliness. I would recommend getting an expensive burger elsewhere – there are other great options close by!

Hands down the best of the best!!
We were on our way out of town and stopped for gas at the 7-Eleven across the street from this location, I opened the app and quickly placed the order while filling up. When we were done headed over to pickup the order. We waited for a while but when the wrong order came to our car I went in to see what the problem was. Well the app had sent out order to a completely different city!!! Thank god forDIANNA !!! The cutest sweetest manger ever!! She took control and worked her magic and had fresh amazing food for us! 8 honestly didn’t even have a chance to be upset. Thank you so much Dianne… Apollo GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!! ❤️ ❤️

I’ve been here a couple of times in the past three months and I have been satisfied every time. I really enjoyed the reuben sandwich and the fried mushrooms. Minus a star on atmosphere when the terminal asks me to leave a tip – nope and for what? Otherwise good service the times I’ve been and great burgers.

My wife said she stopped by January 17 at 7 pm to get food for the family. She ordered and paid for food for our family (about $35). A bad experience kid employee. My wife had to repeat the order several times. It was a teenager kid. This teenager employee did not speak English very well. He messed up the order really badly. We noticed when we got home. She asked for fried mushrooms (2) and instead got zucchini fried instead which we hate. Also she asked for no onions or lettuce on the burger but both were put on! We asked for no lettuce or onions and the employee did not listen and put onions on the Euro.

I understand prices increase — that’s reality. But when menu items go up 15–20% and I’m still prompted to tip at the register or drive-through, it feels like a stretch. When your associate says, “There’s one more question on there,” we all know what that means — and I’ll admit, part of me wants to cancel the order on the spot.
If I’m paying near sit-down restaurant prices, I’m going to choose a sit-down restaurant where tipping traditionally makes sense. Counter service plus higher prices plus a tip prompt just doesn’t land well.
I say this respectfully — but candidly. It’s enough that I likely won’t be returning.

The food was really good! But this place is extremely poorly managed. On a Saturday night with luminaria going on just down the road, they had three employees running the drive thru and the lobby. In a holiday season, you need more employees. But seriously, props to those guys. They were working their tails off.

Love stopping by every not so often. The team was a delight; especially this Chilean lady! I forgot her name but she reminds me there’s good anywhere you really look for it.

The food is subpar , nothing special like they suggest (best burger in Utah) customer service is easily the worst I’ve ever had. If I could give it negative stars I would’ve, no respect for veterans or older folks. Save your money go to JCW’s which is so much better quality food, better staff, better ambiance, better everything! JCW’s is a 1 minute walk from Apollo burger. I WILL NEVER COME BACK EVEN IF THEY WERE SERVING FREE FOOD. Take it from a local and save yourself the hassle.

I used to love similar burger joints.
Apollo was on the lower end of that list.
Not anymore. Apollo burger has stepped up their game significantly. First off the logo is more eye catching and impressive. Secondly the menu still has tons of options but it looks simple. Not as hectic.
The staff were great. Even when a group of 10 shows up, they were friendly and took care of each customer with extra care.
Table delivery is nice.
Bathrooms were super clean.
Price was low.
Overall great experience, food, and night out.

Always love Apollo Burger. Although all fast food pricing is getting to be pretty high, if I’m going to pay then I’d rather get Apollo Burger than run of the mill fast food. Also, I really like their fries.
