It’s great. The service is fantastic, and I remember when they first opened up here and were trying to get it out there… always so kind to me. The pizzas are unique and cool, maybe not Little Caesar tier just yet but the flavors are interesting enough to make you wanna come back. Fix the tables though

Pros: The vegan pizza is good and they offer varieties that are not offered at big name locations, &Pizza, or MOD. They are a good place to go in Montgomery County when I don’t want to travel to Troy’s Italian Kitchen in Arlington. The workers are always polite.
Room for Improvement: The pizza doesn’t look like the photos. You think you are getting “grilled vegan chicken” and you open the box to see it’s breaded. This has happened more than once. If you ask for mushrooms they charge you extra (perfectly fine), but they slice them paper thin to give the illusion of having actual mushrooms on the pizza. I couldn’t even taste it because they were sliced so thin and it pissed me off. Mushrooms aren’t so expensive that you can’t slice them decently. I’m sure it was only 1 mushroom added to my pizza. Pics are from the very first time I went there last year, not the last time where the mushroom was half or a third of the mushroom pictured.

Great takeout place to taste some unique pizzas! We ordered the butter chicken pizza with the free Indian toppings, and it was nothing like a typical boring pepperoni or cheese pizza. Would recommend also getting some mint chutney to dip the pizza in the sauce. The flavors were wonderful! Would be nice to have some indoor sitting options

Fire pizza!! Literally and figuratively. I got the Vegan Chicken Tika and it was amazing. So much flavor and heat! The crust was just the right amount of thickness and softness, like the NY pizzas I grew up on. Might be just me but there was just a little bit too much hot green peppers on my pie, masking some of the other flavors. The Vegan cheese and chicken were great! I would definitely go back and try more of their Vegan pizzas (but hold off on the green peppers this time)!

I saw an ad for this and vegan pizza looked so good that I went that night. It’s not easy to find good vegan pizza. Apna did not disappoint! it was fantastic! I also got the vegan wings and they were great as well. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying other items. Thank you for making great vegan food!

I have a high bar for Pizza. I’d give it a 3.5 if possible.
The “pizza” was tasty… but seemed more like a gimmick than a pizza.
Maybe just too confusing for flavors.

I was visiting Maryland from Canada and decided to try Apna Pizza while on my trip. TWO WORDS: BEST PIZZA. As a Canadian, we have a lot of similar pizza places in the Toronto area with the same kind of idea, but Apna Pizza was so different from the others I’ve tried back home in Canada. The ingredients all tasted very fresh, the overall flavour was beyond my expectations, and the service while in the restaurant was excellent. The pizza dough is so delicious and something I’ve never tried before so I was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be coming back if I’m ever in the area again, unless they want to open up a location in Toronto 😉 THANK YOU APNA PIZZA!!

I’m not a huge fan of pizza but after trying Apna Pizza, I can honestly say that it is a MUST-TRY. The paneer tikka pizza is so good, i’ve had it a number of times and it has yet to dissappoint. The service is incredible as well and the people working there have always been kind & patient. They are super accomodating and the food tastes fresh each time! HIGHLY recommend trying this place if you haven’t already!!!

I usually don’t like Indian-style pizza, but this place completely changed my mind. The pizza was so good! Everything tasted fresh and well made. The staff was also really nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!
