I’m not entirely sure why, but it seems that the pizza extravagantly improved since being under new ownership. Before the sale of the business, it’s hard to explain, but I always would taste somewhat of a “tap water” flavor, that was off-putting.
So I say that I’m not sure why it tastes better because I asked if the recipe has maybe changed and they said it hasn’t. Whatever the case, Antonios hopped right back in my top 3 pizzerias in this area. Also is the fact that you can now order pizzas with miscellaneous toppings – toppings you would expect to be common options plus at any pizzeria, and now they have garlic knots and Sicilian/grandma style pizza. That being said, you can now FINALLY add extra cheese, and boy is the cheese they use phenomenal. Previously, you were not able to add extra cheese because, by default, the pizza already had a “lot” of cheese on it which I’ve never heard before and I found odd. Lastly, the guy who is always making the pizza and has longer hair and glasses always offers GREAT customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant If you tried it a while back, I would suggest to try it again since you may have had the pizza under the previous owner.

Ever since my son tried their pizza, he finds a way to get it as often as he can! Today is his birthday and I went in to order a pie for him. I asked if they could spell out happy birthday or his name. The pizza artists that work there did not disappoint. True New York style pizza that has the fold and doesn’t disappoint on taste! AND the have introduced their Sicilian Pizza (similar to a deep dish) and it doesn’t disappoint! I forgot to take a picture of the Sicilian but please see the wonderful pizza they created to help make my son’s birthday special. Antonio’s, you guys have a fan for life!

I just found out about Antonio’s pizzeria on Dorchester Road and if you haven’t been here you really need to try the pizza. It is so good cooked just right crust just right cheese just right. Everything was just right. I can’t say enough about the pizza. It was really really really good! The staff was very friendly. Very clean place. They were busy working turning those pies and the visit did not disappoint. I highly recommend.

Do Not Order for Delivery. Pick up is great. Food is delicious but was excited that Online ordering and delivery was added to the website, until I used it. Said it would be delivered an hour after ordering which was to be expected but then took an additional hour. Called the number to cancel and it was the store who said the order was through DoorDash so I would have to call them…. I never signed up or logged in to Door Dash so i have no Contact for them. Checked Antonio’s website and no mention of Door Dash but mentions Fox ordering. Tried to reach out to Fox Ordering but their site fails when trying to submit. Not happy spending almost $50 for a delivery pizza that takes over 2 hours to get here with no support.

Antonio’s Pizzeria was absolutely amazing! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The pizza had the perfect balance of crispy crust, rich sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even though it was busy. The atmosphere felt cozy and comfortable — a great spot for families or just to grab a slice with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Wow. Haven’t had a pizza that taste like old Brooklyn in FOREVER!!!! Pizza hasn’t tasted like this even in NY for over 20 years. This place is the holy grail!!!!! I literally have nothing to complain about and I usually find something about my pizza that is a hit off. Great service, great prices, exactly how a NY style pizza should taste. Can’t ask for much else other than keep doing an amazing job and never change the recipe! Ill be back!! Sorry for the half eaten pizza photo. Realized on the second slice I should write a review

I consistently enjoy the pizza, and the service is always exemplary, with a 10/10 rating. The prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is inviting. Pizza is on par for what you will get in South Carolina. For someone who brags about making NY pizza, it’s floppy soggy mess and the is very bland. Would give a higher rating, but the owner claims he knows how to make NY pizza.

I scheduled a uber pick up time. They had it prepared in my time frame requested. Food was hot and waiting for me as I walked inside. Cashier was friendly and pleasant. First time trying and was very delicious. I will be definitely be ordering again. This is a very big pizza and not easy to carry out by yourself with a free slice of cheese pizza and a 2 liter of soda.
