We think this is amazing food. It is a food truck and we were very pleasantly surprised by how delicious it is. I would definitely be back. No wonder another review said they went 3 days in a row.

We have eaten here three nights in a row during our trip to the Sedona area. Night one, we were blown away, and have come back for the rest of our trip to try something new. Not only is this some of the best Mexican food we have ever had, it is without a doubt the most impressive food truck experience we have ever had. Staff are friendly, helpful, and exceptionally kind. The chicken and potato empanadas are massive and delicious. Don’t sleep on eating here – it’s definitely better than anything you’d find in Sedona! Muchos gracias!!! And while you wait for your food have a bowl of the soup, it will warm your soul. Andddddd don’t forget to the bebeda of the day.

Stopped in after hearing great things about this food truck. It was so yummy! We had a huarache with asada(bomb), tacos, and a quesadilla with chicken. It was served with grilled delicious onions and serranos on the side. The salsa bar was abundant and fresh. Very impressed. We’ll be back for sure. Really good prices too! A small kids option would be a great addition. But still 10/10

Came down to visit Sedona. Ended up staying in cottonwood and was craving tacos. Found this treasure on yelp. Once I arrived we were greated. Customer service was great. The man that took our order was awesome and kept us in conversation. My tacos were what I needed after a strenuous hike. The horchata was 10/10 homemade just like my mamas horchata. I will be stopping again when visiting Sedona. Such a gem.

Cottonwood is so lucky to have you guys! I’m in town from Phoenix and was in the mood for Sazón de Oaxaca! It’s very difficult to find even in Phoenix. The ones I have tried in Phoenix have let me down but look NO MORE! They are serving up some of the best dishes I’ve had in a long time right here in Cottonwood out of their food trailer! I had the watermelon agua Fresca and Mango as well! Both taste phenomenal but the watermelon was my favorite for starter we had Asada and Pastor tacos, Carnitas Quesadilla, empanadas, and I had a adobada burrito! Everyone in my party was really happy with their food and service! And I forgot to mention their salsas are top tier delicious! They are spicy but very favorable! I’m normally a red salsa type of guy but I tried their green salsa and stuck with that one! The red salsa is very tasty! I usually get let down on green so that’s why I stick to red salsa. But here, they are both fire!!!!

I’ve traveled to Oaxaca and this really hits the mark! High quality and attention to detail. Soup while we waited was excellent and the grilled onions and peppers on the side is really putting in the extra effort. All for a reasonable price. Not sure I could ask for more! Thank you
