Saw this place pop up one day while driving to and from work. Decided to check it out on my way home. Incredibly sweet mother and her son cooking Guatemalan food. They even gave me a free Guatemalan style enchilada to eat while I waited for my tacos. The location was very well-lit and they even had little picnic tables you could eat at. Plenty of parking too.
The food was so delicious. Everything tasted fresh and clean and well-seasoned. My first time having Guatemalan food and I can’t wait to go back and bring all my friends and family. Excited to try the rest of their menu.

The food was really good and the people were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We recommend the atol de plata’s drink on a cold day, it really hit the spot. There are tables and benches around to sit and eat.

Found this truck by accident as I could not believe there was a Guatemalan Food Truck! What an amazing find! The food is traditional and delicious. Not only is the food good but they greet you warmly and remember you. I have tried all of their menu and I have not been disappointed. I recommend them highly.
