Food was so so so good. Staff was very patient and friendly and helped me decide what to get. Pepper steak and jerk chicken with rice was delicious, flavorful and tender, and it was very quick. And i got 2 meals out of it. Well worth it. Can’t wait to go back honestly to try more like the curry shrimp.

If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat and craving Jamaican food, then look no further! Anthony’s Jamaican Restaurant serves up delicious authentic Jamaican cuisine at a price range that will make your stomach and your pockets happy. Menu items includes beef / chicken patties, jerk chicken, ox tails and curry goat just to name a few. So, if you’re in the Manchester, CT area and craving Jamaican food, please stop by!

Ran out chicken pies. The beef pies were runny and not much beef. Costco Jamaican beef patties are are better, more meat and flakier crust, disappointing for the price, about double the Costco version

Long wait but they did apologize which was decent. Rice and peas okay. Curry goat is gross, undercooked, poor seasoning and very gamey tasting. A medium is $16-too much for something not done well. I have eaten cooked West Indian food, traveled to Jamaica many times and had some of the best restaurants in NY. Your curry goat is not good and I wasted a lot of money.

Hands down the best Jamaican Food. I love the jerk chicken and beef patties. Very flavorful. Everytime i go there is a great experience. They always provide good service and go above and beyond for their customers.

We happened to be in Manchester so we decided to stop in for lunch. Everything was fantastic from the pleasant young lady who served us to the wonderful jerk chicken, beef patties, fried dumplings, and coco bread. Also, the rice was cooked perfectly with just the right touch of coconut and spices, and the cabbage and peppers side dish had a pleasing crunch and tasty bite. All items came across as having been prepared with love. Will certainly come again when in the area.

Order 6 meals from menu for 4 people. Got 2 disgusting looking orders , instead of diet coke , I got a regular coke. 4 people were waiting for order and just got ripped off.

I’ve been to several Jamaican joints in the greater Hartford area and this is by far my favorite. The jerk is pretty mild but very flavorful and the chicken patties are out of this world!
