If you’re visiting Zion NP, and you want to have a nice dinner, Anthera is a great option. The food was great, right from the appetisers to the dessert. More importantly, the service (by Kollin) was even better!

If you’re a Benedict fan, stop what you’re doing and make a reservation at Anthera immediately. I just had the best eggs Benedict of my life, and I’m not exaggerating.

Their version features lump blue crab with bacon on sourdough toast, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The crab was sweet and generously portioned, the bacon added the perfect salty crunch, and that sourdough base gave it a heartiness that elevated the whole dish. The hollandaise was silky and rich without being heavy. This is what eggs Benedict dreams of being.

Our server Jacob made the experience even better. He was genuinely friendly, clearly knew the menu inside and out, and gave us great recommendations without being pushy. Service like that makes such a difference.

Bonus for dog owners: they welcome pups on the enclosed patio, which was surprisingly cozy thanks to large ceiling heaters keeping the space toasty warm. My dog was comfortable the entire time, and I didn’t have to rush through my meal.

Anthera has officially become my go-to brunch spot. Whether you’re coming for the incredible food, the welcoming atmosphere, or a dog-friendly dining experience, this place delivers on all fronts. Do yourself a favor and try that Benedict.

We had the best experience with Anthera! They made the experience special for our group, and the food was among the best we’ve ever had. They specialize in locally inspired menus, and it was fun to learn about where the beef, salads, and even the chocolate came from. I can’t wait to return and try more of their menu! Highly recommend for lunch, dinner, and for special events like weddings and elopements!

We visited Anthera for a private event in Feb. Aaron at Anthera was amazing at accommodating our group of 12. We had multiple different dietary restrictions that he was able to help us with without any drama or issues. We were also going to hike at Zion and then go to dinner, but because of bad weather, we ended up not hiking. Aaron let us change our time for our group and make it so we didn’t have to wait around long for our reservation.

And then.. the food! The food was no kidding to die for! Aaron helped us determine a few menu items we could have for our group as “family style” and every single dish they prepared for us was amazing. No kidding it was some of the best fish, beef, salad, and deserts I’ve ever had!

Im so excited to come here again, many people in our group couldn’t stop talking about how it was amazing food and was in the top 5 restaurants they’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

The appetizers and main entrees were delicious. After spending a week in the other national parks where restaurants were far and few between, this place was fantastic. The only short comings were desert. The tiramisu was not traditional and the corn cake (knowing it was a gamble) tasted like a can of creamed corn with some tasty sauces on top and fresh fruit.

It was a lovely evening, and we had a cozy spot near the fireplace. We ordered the O.Z. beef tenderloin and were quite surprised to find the dish served cold. It was very tasty, though—I loved the combination of flavors, even if it was unexpected, haha! To finish, we treated ourselves to two desserts, and they were absolutely delicious. Overall, a nice experience with some unique surprises along the way!

Ordered the burger. Wow, delicious. And the fries were on the next level.
Sadie was our waitress and couldn’t ask for better service.

Our party of 3 enjoyed a quiet Monday afternoon lunch of Greek Pita Pizza and Spicy Tuna Gyro with Beer Battered Fries. Our waitress was lovely. She was patient and helpful, and we never waited long for anything. The prices were typical of the area, with each plate being approximately $20, and the iced water complimentary. The restaurant was very clean, with great ambiance for the upcoming holidays.

Had a fun dinner date at Anthera out on the patio. The food was delicious, the scenery was beautiful, and our server Faith was very attentive for it being so busy! Everything was presented perfectly and overall it was a great night! Will definitely be coming back!!!!

I think it’s important to note that this restaurant is in the lobby of a hotel, and it very much feels like you are eating in the lobby of a hotel. Maybe it’s different in warmer weather if there is a patio, but while we were there for dinner the lobby was busy with hotel guests and children, and it all felt very chaotic.

The food was great. The waitress and the hostess were wonderful.
