Ordered the eggs & bacon, the bacon came extra crispy as ordered. The kids enjoyed the waffles and pancakes. You get alot of food for the amount. Service is quick to say they only have 1 cook. We came on a weekday during breakfast. Service was great, price was good, food was filling. The waiter loads the toaster and mess with money, I didn’t see her wash her hands .

It’s a solid place, I went because of the star rating and I’d go again, but the only thing I’d change is the service. Needs improvement. The server I had never checked up on my table, only times were seating and ordering. That’s it. They never passed by after and asked if we needed anything else or if we were doing okay. I really wanted a different drink but they were just never around. You would think because it’s a smaller space, you would get better service since it’s easier to see who is in need of something but being here today proved me wrong. The food was great, not the service.

This is what modern restaurants can never beat. It’s all about the food here. I had the chicken fried steak, the gravy was amazing. Even the coffee was very good. I took a giant slice of coffee cake for my mom! I’ll be back!
