Horrible customer service!!! They do not know how to be professional, nor do they value their customers. I ordered fried scallops and oysters and the oysters were good but the scallops severely overcooked and tough like rubber! I told the lady and she told me if I don’t like it I don’t have to come back because they have the best seafood and continued to laugh! The gentleman in the back said they cook the same EVERYTIME, I explained I’m a repeat customer and the scallops are not tough like the ones they served me today. The lady continued to argue with me because “how is she supposed to trust the customers complaints” mam because I literally brought you the food and she refused to look at it! Continued to tell me not to come back since I told her she had poor customer service! These type of people don’t deserve to be in business if that’s how they treat their “repeat customers” who have kept their business thriving for all these years! Shame on them

I was told about Anna’s from a friend of a friend. The menu I was given was not the updated hours nor prices. I was given my total I noticed the prices were different . Upon receiving my food I checked to make sure my order was correct I was not impressed when I open the box, but I gave this place a chance. I got home and ate my food right away the seafood was Luke warm. first off all the food was hard and over cooked. The food is over priced not seasoned well and the portions were horrible. I would not recommend this nor will I eat here again.

Honestly, pretty terrible. Watery “mac n cheese,” overcooked steamed shrimp, undercooked oysters, the crabmeat egg roll was the only thing I ordered with somewhat decent quality.
The atmosphere of the place is dreary with a bad vibe, like they don’t even want to be there. I’ve been here before a couple years ago and the SAME boxes and plants covered the tables with hardly anywhere to sit, almost as if they’re trying to dissuade people from dining in.

1ST TIME & LAST TIME. I came to realize that people in the community are comfortable being disrespected by the Female owner. ..so it’s normalize to talked down to customers. The Crab Cake is FAKE mixed with Fish. Hush puppy dried out. STEAM CRAB OVER POWERED. NOT A REAL DINE IN. THE PLANTS ARE TAKING UP ALL THE TABLE SPACE..NO BATHROOM. TERRIBLE SERVICE..TOO ARGUMENTIVE WITH CUSTOMERS.

Second and last time at this restaurant. When I got my order in the car, my 10 year old child said food didn’t smell good. Once I got food home, a whiting sandwich, It was bad. Fish and grease were old. Chicken nuggets and fish were hard, both were unchewable. French fries was good. Atmosphere needs an update. Ma and Pop restaurant, Pop was pleasent.

Came to Hampton VA for a pop up shop. I figured I’m in seafood heaven because we’re right off the water so why not get seafood. They hyped Anna up to me. It makes me think of a Chinese Carryout that everyone goes to after drinking and hanging out all day. The crab cake was even a crab cake, it was a mix of fish. I couldn’t even taste the crab. Only go there if you’re looking for carryout to help you get over a hangover.

My family has been eating here for years,the quality has decreased over time. I placed an order today. I got the 2 crab cake dinner. My crab cakes look like 2 hockey pucks… The fries lack seasoning and most were rubbery. I ordered a side of mac and cheese that was ice cold like they literally pulled it out of the fridge. The coleslaw was cool/room temperature. This visit takes the cake. I won’t purchase from here any time soon

First & last time at this place. I am a traveler & noticed there was a lot of foot traffic (usually a good sign). First of all, the smell of urine distracts from the smell of food inside the restaurant. This food is not only overpriced (for the portions) but the wait is excessive for STALE, overcooked food. There is nowhere to sit & dine although advertised. You have to wait in you car until it’s ready. I would not recommend this establishment to anybody who wants an enjoyable meal. Captain Ds is not far away… you can have 2 sides, a drink with HOT food and sit comfortably at a booth/table to enjoy your meal without the smell of a soiled diaper.
