It really doesn’t get much better than this, both in terms of quality of food and quality of service. This was incredibly delicious authentic Northern Indian cuisine. Loved everything about this and can’t wait to go back!

The food was fantastic and the service from the staff was incredible.
For a wednesday evening its noce and busy so the atmosphere was wonderful.
The prices are very good fornthe quality of food!

Nice friendly staff. Prompt service but not rushed. Curries taste fresh and there are some unusual ones, like one with black pepper, which are great to try. Take your own alcohol makes for a very affordable evening.

Fantastic Indian Restaurant on the outside of Belper. Nice relaxed and stylish layout and very friendly staff. All our food was freshly prepared with quality ingredients and we were very pleased with our choices. Our waiter inquired how we enjoyed our food and also brought us a piece of cake after we had finished. No alcohol license but this did not matter at all and you are welcome to bring your own wine if you wish. Highly recommended

We highly recommend a visit to anila the food was so flavoursome we had the meat platter starter for 2 that was so tender and full of flavour . Our mains were Rajasthani handi gosht with lamb I tried this on a recommendation from a review I saw and it did not disappoint my hubby had chettinad with lamb we had pilau rice and garlic and tomato naan everything was so tasty we will definitely be returning as it was my husband’s birthday they bought him a lovely piece of chocolate cake with a candle in that was a lovely gesture thanks so much for making our evening so enjoyable and chilled

I had a very disappointing experience ordering food by phone from this restaurant for the first time. After placing my order, I waited for half an hour without any update, so I called back to inquire about the delivery time. Unfortunately, the person on the other end was quite rude and made me feel embarrassed for not knowing the cooking time for my order of two curries with rice. He bluntly told me it would take at least another half hour. I was shocked by the lack of customer service. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my order because of the unpleasant treatment. It’s clear that they need to focus on improving their staff’s communication skills and customer service. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Me and my family went tonight and let me tell you that the atmosphere was amazing, with the lights dimmed just right. The waiters were welcoming and really friendly . The food was excellent, arrived quickly, and each course was perfectly timed. The strawberry mocktail was sweet and delicious. The food is amazing, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. They really go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. The owner also went out of his way to make sure that we were Happy and content which was really appreciated by us all and also picked the starters for us as we were a bit indecisive lol (by the way he has really good taste as the starters were out of this world!!). Would definitely recommend and for sure coming back
