First time there and unfamiliar matching names to sushi. Got all you can eat. We decided to pick four different rolls and share them. We picked Sakura, Godzilla, Earthquake, and Spider rolls. There wasn’t a bad one in the bunch, with our favorite one being the Sakura roll. My son ordered an additional roll, the Almony. This was some of the best sushi we’ve had! The server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back!

Prefacing by stating I’ve worked in Japanese restaurants/sushi bars.

Service was pleasant, but food was slow coming out. Granted, we started off as 5 people and added 2 more partway thru. Additionally, others were in the restaurant and I believe they were doing door dash too.

Atmosphere: pleasant.

Food: based solely on what I ordered.
(All you can eat)
Chicken katsu: cooked nicely BUT SERVED WITH KETCHUP AND NO KATSU SAUCE AVAILABLE. This was a huge turn off for me and set my mood. This would be good for kids.

Gyoza: dumplings tasty and pan seared. Very nice. BUT the sauce seemed to be a teriyaki sauce, not the vinegar/soy typical of gyoza sauce, very disappointing.

Tuna tataki: tasty and a bit spicy. Overall good

Philly roll: too soft, change the avocado to cucumber for a bit of texture and crunch. Seemed to be too much cream cheese, it overpowered the salmon. I could not taste the fish and did not finish this.

Lover crunch roll: supposed to be spicy, but there was very little flavor all around in this. I could not finish this.

I took bites from 3 rolls my son had. I don’t remember which, but they were tasty.

Personally, my experience is this restaurant is very “Americanized” with little traditional food. Which is fine, but not what I look for in a Japanese restaurant.

Best Tempura Shrimp and Chicken! Have to say, it’s top on my list of All you can eat Sushi. Everything we had was really good, served nice and hot; other places are served warm but don’t seem as fresh & hot like Ang’s. Has much better Flavored food as well. Only thing, if you have room for desert, they currently do not have anything. However as I mentioned, usually folks don’t have room for desert lol. I have to say again, it is #1 though.

Everything was PERFECT! Hubby enjoyed the fresh sushi. I enjoyed all the kitchen menu. AYCE $28. The beef is so tender and really juicy. I recommend the beef asparagus and steak hibachi. Fried rice was absolutely amazing, very soft and tons of scallions and eggs the way I like it. We honestly ordered 1 of everything and the entire menu was delicious! Be kind and patient to the only waiter there, he’s so nice.

Update:

I came back in the evening…

Beef wrapped asparagus
Salmon and salmon
More gyoza.
This place is a true gem.

A great value.
ALL YOU CAN EAT.

I am amazed that there are restaurants like this.
The food was prepared when ordered (fresh).

(Gyoza, shrimp, and philly rollls) were so delicious.

Very cheap, I tipped well. I will be back again for sure.

I’m Japanese. The sushi restaurant here is excellent, with fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and expertly crafted nigiri. The miso soup broth was incredibly flavorful. Surprisingly, even the fried rice was delicious, which is uncommon for a sushi place. A friend recommended it, and I can see why they love it so much; I’d definitely go back. Plus, it’s rare to find sashimi on an all-you-can-eat sushi menu, so I left feeling completely satisfied.

This review was from 2018. I recently edited to take out pictures of my daughter’s face since it was receiving a lot of views. Didn’t realize it would change the date. Sorry about that. The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. I loved the interior design, it made it seem so fancy. Perfect for an inexpensive date night. There were very few people there for a Saturday afternoon, but it was lovely being in such a quiet restaurant while we enjoyed our dinner. Our waitress was so attentive at first. She gave our daughter her back pillow so she wouldn’t ended up hurting herself. And she took our order maybe 8 minutes after we arrived, once we decided on what we wanted. She suggested us their Early Bird special, which was only $10 a person! Definitely something to consider when you come and visit here. It’s from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. About two more customers came in and placed their orders at the same time as us. We ended up waiting a whole hour and 20 minutes for our food. I understood that they were a little short staffed though. She brought us our miso soups within 5 minutes of ordering, but everything else didn’t come until later. The waitress seemed to work both the bar and kitchen, plating everyone’s food as the chef would finish. I just wish she was a little more apologetic. She would barely look at us and only muttered that our food would be out soon, when it had been 45 minutes. :/ But once the food came, it was absolutely delicious. We had the volcano and golden dream rolls. The restaurant does have booster and high chairs for toddlers, but there was no baby changing station in the bathroom. So be mindful of that if you plan on taking your little ones. I would have loved to have given them 5 stars for the food alone, but the wait time and the lack of apology had thrown us off. It’s honestly a great place to go eat. And I’m sure if they had more people on staff, it wouldn’t have been as long of a wait.
