Honestly I could have saved my money…
I had a chili craving that I most definitely didn’t get fulfilled. The chili was salty at best. Not to mention the crackers were stale. The chicken strips and fries were awful. The fries were limp and undercooked and the chicken strips were hard. Not fresh. I felt like the had been sitting and through back in the grease. Service was good though. I won’t be back no time soon.

Loved the Angry Dog from the atmosphere to the service, the food choices and the overall vibe. It’s a very understated and welcoming place, where you can just hangout, unwind or have a nice time with friends. Their prices aren’t bad either which was a great addition

Love this place. Food is unbelievable and the staff is amazing. So friendly and attentive. We got the patty melt. It was cooked and seasoned so well. The TJ hotdog was soooooo yummy I got it with all the toppings it comes with. It’s messy and there’s way to eat like a regular hotdog. But its good! The Cali burger was cooked perfectly and also good. All three came with fries. Regular and sweet potato and of course the fries were not a let down either.

Cute bar restaurant. Friendly service. I had the Angry Tuna with pasta salad. Tuna was a tich dry. The onion mayo was good as well as the pasta salad. My husband had the wings with regular spice level. They were good but he said the spice level was hot for him. I felt that it was a mild spice level.

Definitely dive bar vibes. I wasn’t putting too much expectations into the food, but it was great! The Big Nate burger was so good. It was cooked perfectly and dressed just right with the stack of toppings. My wife got the pork chop and it was one of the juiciest pork chops I have tried at a restaurant. The waiter was attentive and pleasant and quick with our beers. Will definitely return on another trip into Deep Ellum!

Stopped in for a bite and it was amazing. I haven’t been in town in years and the food hasn’t changed. Great atmosphere with really friendly staff. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection and so were the fries. The family had a chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and they loved it. Plenty of choices and a great beer selection to chose from. Again the staff was great. Thank you and we will be back.
