Mr. George L. Graham Sr.
My wife and I were in Thomson Ga, taking care of our spot at the hunt club. We were discussing dinner options around 4. I knew I didn’t want my wife to come home and have to cook so I asked if she was OK trying something different for surf and turf. I had never been here, and had only heard about it. MAN! We were NOT disappointed! Kate, our server did an AMAZING Job! The food was in large quantities and well prepared! We will be back, soon!

Having been here once or twice before, my husband and I were very disappointed. It was filthy – food and drink remnants and stains on the floor, dozens of houseflies behind the broken window shades, dirty bathroom with no trashcan. Big initial turnoff. We got the seafood buffet. The salad was very plain Jane and not presented well at all. Coleslaw was unimpressive. My grits were barely room temperature- almost cold. My husband got grits on the second go round, and they were more water than grits; even with a spoon he gave up trying to slurp them. The fish pieces were somewhat rubbery and flavorless, not like fresh caught. The best part of the meal was the yummy tartar sauce and delicious sweet tea. Of course that’s not what I intended to pay for. I’ve never given such a poor review, but we cannot say we’ll ever go back.

My wife and I and my sister and her husband were looking for a place to meet for a meal halfway between Covington, GA and Williston, SC. When we looked at the map, Angie’s was half way so we decided to meet there. It was a great choice. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I say experience, because it is an experience to eat at Angie’s. It is a down home restaurant, and just a fun place to eat. The food is outstanding, there is a generous salad bar that comes with every meal, and the portions they serve are huge. The food was delicious, and we loved looking at the Taxidermy animals on the walls. One of my favorites of all time is on the wall on the way to the restroom. You don’t want to miss it when you visit. The people were super nice and go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. We look forward to making a stop at Angie’s a regular part of our holiday season. Thanks for a great meal and a great afternoon.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the steak and shrimp came with a sweet potato and an amazing salad. Everything was cooked just right. The staff was real friendly and the inside was fun and clean.

We love Angie’s! The service is always great and they have the best sweet tea. I always get the seafood buffet with crab legs and my husband gets that, a steak or a one of their daily specials that the post about on Facebook. We love supporting this local business ❤️

I ate there last night and I will tell you that the 2 1/2 hrs drive was NOT worth it. The food was overly salted and the crab legs were cold by the time they were brought to me. When it came time to pay my bill I was flabbergasted. I sat with friends to have nice company at my meal and because that made it 5 at the table a 19% gratuity was automatically added and taxed plus 3% for using my debit card. When mentioning it to the owner who checked me out she said it is on the door. I went and looked, sure enough it was…..really small to be deceiving…..size 2×3 at the corner of the door. She never even offered to reduce or eliminate it. I tip for good service…at my discretion. This place is the biggest joke for a business, McDonald’s would have tasted better. I will guarantee that I will NOT BE BACK to Angie’s Steak and Seafood buffet. My cost for 1 person was $83, how ridiculous. Look at the reviews and decide for yourself. If you decide to go…fair warning take you a tube of k-y jelly, you’re gonna need it for when time comes to pay the bill.

Tried this place out for lunch and had shrimp and crab legs. It was delish! We will be making the drive from north augusta OFTEN.
Our server, Katie, was as sweet as she could be and very attentive. The food was to die for. Homemade ranch on the salad bar, along with homemade tartar sauce (a big plus for my mama)
Crab legs and shrimp were juicy and cooked to perfection. Oh and can’t forget the crinkle fries done just right. We will be back asap!

If you’re looking for a family-owned seafood spot that truly delivers, look no further! This place has all-you-can-eat crab legs that are always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The seafood buffet has so many options that it’s almost impossible not to go back for seconds (or thirds!). From shrimp and catfish to sides and salads, everything tastes like it was made with care. Don’t forget to order you a side of fried oysters with the buffet, they are so good!
And don’t sleep on the ribeye steaks—they were seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly how we ordered. You can tell they take pride in every plate they send out. Anytime something was ever wrong they fixed it ASAP. (I’ve been many times)
On top of all that, the service is out of this world. The staff is warm, attentive, and treats you like family from the moment you walk in. You can feel the heart behind this place.
Definitely one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
