Food was good. Price reasonable. Sat. Morning and place was packed. Needs better system of greeting and seating customers in order of arrival. Take a number would be great. Customers arriving did not know how to be seated and everyone lined up outside the door and waited for table to open up using the honor system then you had to wait for the table to be bussed before anyone came to take your order. People who were seated when we got a table were still waiting while new customers just coming in were getting waited on and had their food. Several of us who arrived long before they did were still waiting to have table bussed and orders taken.

We are visiting for the Derby and stopped by Angie’s for breakfast. Leslie welcomed us with a warm smile. The breakfast was great and affordable. I had the veggie omelet with corned beef hash and mtbhusba.d had the big breakfast with sausage patties.

If you’re looking for a basic, but good food I highly recommend Angie’s. Very cheap, even though busy the service was good. I got the Husky platter with ham and French toast.

Food is great! Home cooked and tasted great. Prices are reasonable. Service is terrible! I don’t know if it is poor management or bad servers. Either way be prepared to wait, get cold food, not get any refills and wait over 15 minutes for your check. This one is a take out only.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast. We are from out of town and like to stop at the local places and support the small businesses. It’s a small place but it was very good. We stopped for breakfast and we both had the omelets. I had a western omelet and my husband had the veggie omelet. The omelets are served with sour cream and salsa one the side and a Choice of white or wheat toast.

I love getting breakfast here. I think it’s the better alternative to Waffle House. Greasy spoon atmosphere without the actual dirty, greasy spoon. Great food, great service and reasonable prices. Will return and would recommend.

Nice little place to grab some breakfast. Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices, and good sized portions. I had the Country Fried Steak and it was very good. Eggs over medium were perfect and hash browns crispy even though I forgot to ask for them that way. The bisket was toasted which was a nice touch and unexpected. Will definitely be back.
