Saw this place on Facebook and they talked about a pork chop taco that taco was on point ! Delicious crispy and great flavor. I will visit again when I go back to San Antonio. The photo is the Barbacoa plate hubby said it was delicious.

Angels Mexican Haven has become one of our favorite spots. I’m giving it 5 stars based on food quality, atmosphere, and overall service and it truly deserves it.
Eating here honestly makes me feel like I’m at my tía’s house. It’s the perfect mix of Mexican and Tex-Mex, and I love that comforting, homemade feel. Especially those Flour Tortillas!
If you try one thing, make it the cheese enchiladas with American cheese. And yes, American cheese! whatever they use is insanely good. Pure comfort food and absolutely delicious.
For a mom-and-pop restaurant, the service is spot on. They do get busy, so patience is appreciated, but the staff works hard and always delivers. The daily specials are a huge plus, they make it affordable and fun to try different items on the menu.
What really sets this place apart is how much they care about their community. After coming here for a few months, I’ve personally seen them feed the homeless and help those in need. That kind of heart is rare and deserves recognition.
Highly recommend checking this place out you won’t be disappointed!

The food is so good plus the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant, get some family and go have a well cooked meal.

Do not I repeat do not eat at this restaurant. We ordered tacos, burritos, gorditas and fries. None of the food had any flavor and the fries were soggy. Also it looks like they just took tacos out of the bag and put them on my plate. There was no color no seasoning and the overall meal was disgusting.

This time a ordered the Soft Taco Plate it would of been perfect if they would not Drown the tacos in Red Taco Sauce, The Chicharon Taco was DELICIOUS nice and soft with a Delicious taste Feb 23, 2023 I went again ordered the Enchiladas Callejeras and I was disappointed no where close in look or taste To go I ordered the Chile Relleno Plate to go. The sauce on top of Relleno to tomatoee. I won’t be ordering this plate again

Went for lunch with my co-workers. This place had great food and it all tasted really good. It did have a lot of people inside the restaurant. I’ve already been there twice. Both items I gave bought have been delicious. One thing I should of got was the pork chop plate that my coworker got. It is 2 large pork chops that are deep fried. I got to taste a small piece of it and it also tasted delicious.

So in the morning, I buy my son’s tacos before they go to school. We wait in line, paid with my debit card for six tacos.. couple of days later. They gave themselves their own tip a 8 dollar tip on six bean and cheese tacos, which we stood in line for..Definitely was not Authorized. So they’re stealing and this is the second time they did this. It’s just not right!! The first time I let it go. How many times are they doing this to people and they’re not even noticing. And if you go, make sure to pay cash don’t trust them with your debit or Credit card because they could change the amount.
