Absolutely great Italian food! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was within a reasonable drive from our hotel. Service was amazing. The food was delish and served hot and timely. The hostess was friendly and very helpful with the options we had for waiting for our table.

Why have we not been to this place before. A wonderful restaurant with great food and service. Decent serving sizes and the price is cheaper than I was expecting. Bison ravioli and wow, the chicken parmesan was awesome. I am shocked there is little mention of the chocolate raviolis for dessert. We can’t wait to get back and try other things on the menu. Definitely make reservations!!

The atmosphere and patio are really nice, but the food and service are so-so. The inside dining room is pretty loud. It is attached to the Carboy Winery, so you can sit in the winery and have a drink while you wait for your table. Let’s talk about the food, though. First, the soft drinks were watered down, and the kids said they tasted like dish water. I ordered the Italian salad and mussels with linguini. Immediately, the mussels smelled a little fishy and tasted off. Although one person at my party said they tasted ok. The linguini that came with was hard and starchy. I sent it back, which I really try not to do, but there was no way I was going to eat it. I just ordered a side of spaghetti and marinara instead, which I liked. We ordered the ribs and toasted ravioli for the app, which we also liked. However, the shrimp scampi was not good. The sauce was also watered down and bland. We would come here again, but we would probably just stick to apps and drinks.

Americanized Italian cuisine at its finest. The oysters were really good but the pasta entrees were mediocre at best. We got bison ravioli and Penne with chicken, and both dishes tasted as though were made from cheap ingredients. The service was quick so that was good.

This is a terrific restaurant. You need to do it right though. Show up on Monday between 4 and 6. That’s mollusk Monday. You get the best deal at that time. Definitely go for the chargrilled oysters. Best I’ve ever had anywhere. Also mussels. I prefer the chipotle on the chargrilled oysters and the white wine on the mussels. But you have tons of choices. The bill tells the story. As in all of my reviews, that’s in the photos.

Maybe I didn’t order the Rockstar items at this local favorite. We dined at lunch and had salads (house and Caesar both very nice) but the pizzas we ordered to my mind are just so so. I don’t care for a sweet tasting pizza crust, that just missed the mark in chewiness. Next time I’ll try some pasta and probably some grilled oysters.

My husband and I came here for happy hour and can’t wait to go back! Best deal in town for fresh oysters. Pizza, beer/wine selection, house made limoncello, and service were excellent also. I wasn’t super impressed with the house wine, Carboy (winery next door), but everything else was great! Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu. You’ve gotta check out this local gem!

Chicken parm was good, not great. The wait staff was excellent. It was very busy but we had no trouble getting a table. It’s adjoined with Carboy, which is a big upside.
